    By vaccinating all of our citizens, we can successfully prevent and eliminate most viruses and diseases.

  • Casualty and deaths caused by diseases is decreased.
    As everyone in the city is vaccinated, once deadly diseases such as smallpox and polio are now rendered harmless.

  • Tension is slightly increased
    While it holds many benefits, some citizens may not feel comfortable receiving such treatment at such a large scale.

If you want to make a difference between equality and merit then you should ask "Who will get the vaccine first?"
