In order to give everyone their own fair share of food, a bureaucratic rationing system will imposed from now on that restricts every individual’s diet to a calculated amount through rationing cards and guideline book*

• Food Demand per capita is decreased
  Careful calculations allow the guaranteed minimum food allocation for all citizens while subjugating surplus from the wealthy, while also determined by how strenuous one's job is.

• Goods Demand per capita is marginally increased
  By efficiency educating the general population to adjust to the new system, instructive handbooks will be provided that detailedly explain rationing points, rules and procedures

• **Crime is slightly increased

Not everything will be happy with this strict food distribution system, black markets and illegal food distribution will rise
