Hello and welcome to "A Winter Amid The Ice", a radio show produced by yours truly within a radio game not produced by yours truly. Mainly just for fun, to let you take a closer peek into the mind of Ilario Verne (and the player behind him). Enjoy the evolution of a nervous fresh-faced man as he becomes more confident and sure of himself. Ilario will slowly rise in his beliefs until he finds himself unrecognizable from the calm and collected person he once was/will become.

A bit of interference near the start unfortunately, but other than that the broadcast seems to be mostly clear.
( The interfering broadcast has now been shortened due to a misunderstanding of canon. I took a bit of liberty with changing the last bit up, thought it was funny :P )

The only provlems I have with it is the seperate broadcast that talks about the council session

Council sessions happen within a few hours at most, so when the general population knows the proposals, they also most likely already know the results. There can't be "a few days" for conflicts since everything would already be solved by the time the people knew what the options were

In there it is also said that the Accident Response Teams is replacing Herman Codes, which is not true and would mean that the network that broadcasted it (which I assume you meant it to be the North Star Broadcasting Network) is spreading misinformation

THE INTERFERING BROADCAST HAS BEEN BETTER PARSED FOR FUTURE PLAYBACK OF TAPE. FROM NOW ON, IT IS QUICKER TO RECOVER THE ORIGINAL BROADCAST AND THE EASILY MISHEARD WORDS IN THE LATTER HALF OF THE INTERFERENCE HAVE BEEN MADE MORE CLEAR FOR LISTENERS
||I changed the NSBN broadcast by slimming it down, which I think makes it a bit better on time, and now the man (who may or may not be a poor impression of what I think Morris Baker sounds like) makes a funny quip about my goof-up||
