first, they see a small group, of around twenty people, walking alongside a car. By its description, it seems to match the secret vehicle that was stolen by the 
Revenants. This group appears to have an injured person, something that was only possible to see due to the Scouts having a spyglass.
Behind them, however: a group of around 400 or more frostlanders. They are carrying steel spears and blades that are similar to machetes. They appear to be following the group that is, supposedly, the Revenants.
Their direction seems to be Haber City.

The group coming to our city are enemies, that has been decided.
The extra guns are almost ready for use; just half an hour left.
Now, Jonathan offers the city a few options of what we should focus for on defence. we will only be able to make one major project, with all our other resources going for guns.
We could try and make an Stationary Gun atop a part of our walls, but we don't know if we'll have enough ammunition for it
We could attempt to make a series of Pit Traps, but the attackers might be able to evade them after the first one activates, or be able to tell that the ground has been modified.
We could try to cause a Snowslide on the south, but the attackers might just not come from there.
We could attempt to Rig the Generator to explode, but we'd need to fix good chunks of it after we use it in that manner, and it might not deal with them all.
And... we could just Escape. But then, Haber City would certainly fall.
All of them would be making use of the Factory, working alongside the gun production.
Haber has already told the 
Ministers to call for help from the Crown, but the quickest they can get here is in 18 Hours.
The Frostlanders should arrive here by Midday or a little after.
And then, in what order should we arm our people? those armed earlier will get the better equipment that was made previously without a rush, and the ones equipped later will have the guns made now, which are a bit rushed.
