They were INTENTIONALLY disrupting the paperwork and both workplaces (disrupting the hospital as a means of getting to the Office), although it only affected one of them

if you kill a minister due to revenge, it's not your intention to disrupt the infrastructure or bureaucracy; it's not intentional

as far as everyone here is aware, you intentionally disrupted the hospital. you could try and say your intention WASN'T to disrupt the hospital and only the Trade Office, but you'd need the Forum for that

Apparently, there was a strange lack of medical supplies regarding medicine materials, which didn't match with what was in the medical reports... The Vanguard help in the triage effort prevented some extra deaths.

15 Neutrals are sick in the Hospital, 10 Tusks, including the scouts, are also in the Hospital

15 Tusks are sick and not in the Hospital, together with 8 Revenants and 3 Ministers.

We were going to start another expedition now, but due to the scouts being sick, our efforts have been stopped until the epidemic is over.

The factory is back up running thank to Operators from the inactive mine helping fix it, but the mine itself will only be back up running next week.

We do have a building turn today, together with the research of a new scout building, since our long-term plan regards scouting efforts.

Everyone wakes up, not remembering how they went to sleep... but, the Revenants are... gone??

They appear to have fled the city, leaving a message:

@fickle linden Cusa Mavendish, a Neutral, has confessed to being the vandal, just as we found the place that he used to get the paint:

He was storing them in Iron Mine Alpha, where we have the automaton and Operators go there at least once a day to make sure the automaton is fine, but don't really do much else unless the mine presents issues. He probably forgot to put the source of the paint in another place after he was done with it, which ended up rotting and causing the initial disease that developed into the epidemic we have now. I'll be accepting help from people to figure out his total sentence. (Also, thank him for the amazing art he has provided us with these last few turns. Sad that it ends now but good that we won't have people increasing our tension voluntarily)

Our Coal Complex is back in business, with 5 of the Neutrals that worked there converting into Vanguards. For now, those that were in the Steelworks or Recruiting have been sent to the Hospital to work as doctors, seeing as they are the only ones here with experience, having done triage alongside the revs and having their training, which does include some basic first-aid skills...

The Director has sent word to the entire Cornish Market that, if found, the fleeing Revenants are to be captured and imprisoned for their betrayal against Haber City, considering how much they have set us back by misusing medical resources, causing an epidemic, killing a minister, indirectly killing many citizens due to not being able to act as medical professionals and later prioritising their own over the general public, and making explosives that were used against all in the city.
