The Vandal has stuck again

With Sones behind bars, it appears he was not the only one running around vandalising things... the vandal this time also used blood, although it's unknown where he got it... we might need some Revenants with medical knowledge to check it out.

The Vanguards have also been distributing some papers to try and get more people, at the same time doing some campaigns to improve their public image... for now, it only had minor effects on their reputation, but it's slowly having results. The Training Grounds being their place of operations has helped organisation a bit.

Our food situation is now fine, but our coal excess is only 48 since some vanguards left the mines and the trade deal has gone through. We already have enough for our quota, but we should still be careful.

maybe documenting who died and/or who lives/has lived in the city would be a good idea to make investigations like this easier...
