as the whiteout goes away, Haber decides to organise a little meeting to decide exactly how to deal with the supposed enemy that is arriving in around... 4 weeks, basically 1 month.

we can attack them first and not give them any chance of attacking us, but possibly miss out on any kind of diplomacy. we'd probably lose more people, but we'd have abetter chance of repelling the invasion... probably

and we can try negotiating, but in case they arrive attacking we'll be the ones to get hurt first. In this case, we would try and minimise any kind of loss, be it of people or resources... if it works

or we can reinforce our city to the max, in hopes they don't attack in the first place and leave us alone. In this case we'd be wasting a lot of resources in hopes they deem us not worth it... which could not be the case and may cause multiple shortages

Some Vanguards have also left to return next week, to verify Tusk Cave for anything that might have happened there, and maybe understand what the Settlers there did to the Tusks. If they did anything at all.

The scouts also came back! The Low Lands were quite empty, but they did find 4 Frostlanders that joined the Tusks. There were some traces of other settlements, but it seems like they were dismantled before the whiteout ended, as any tracks of people moving are basically entirely covered or non-existent
