Both private and state healthcare have their problems

Private is problematic with overpricing but overal provides a better quality service.

State ones are a big burden on taxes.

#

And there aint many places that manage to maintain a free healthcare program with a good quality service.

On the contrary: i charge you for one surgery, either botching it or doing just the bare minimum, instead of what is needed. You need to come back for another, charging you again
