I invite all lawmakers, institute workers, and faction members to a bi-partisan discussion on future *housing*. We can pursue **laws** or **ideas** and continue our discussions based off those.
An **idea** for a **law** I have been having in outposts, settlements, or even Polaris' far reaches would be **Risk-Based Housing,** giving the best housing or the first housing to families facing the most risk from their workplace. After all, they deserve it the most at times.

Risk based is a bad idea. Just because this will cause tension bc people would argue over what is risky. Sure mines and factories make the top of the list with threat of life, but then others chime in whit 'what defines risk?'
