looks pretty good! though it feels like you're going for a sunset feel. it doesn't feel too much like sunset imo, more like afternoon or smth

I had a cool title screen concept, according to the player beat w1, w2 and w3 castles and w5 tower and final bowserthe stars that the player rescued would apear in the title screen (the main one) and when the player 100% the game the title screen change the bg and such, having a shining sakura token in the bottom right corner and falling pink stars above the logo, meaning that the player did everything on the game and solved the plot

I think it's mostly good, and looks fun. It sometimes needs minor improvements here and there, has some extra type of enemies/gimmicks added in the level that aren't necessary, as well as maybe the camera needing improvements, but apart from that, it seems to be good!!

This level you need to play as luigi to pick up the last star coin, otherwise you cant pick it, i will make it in some levels for "force" the player to swap between mario and luigi
I even put it higher for make the player need to use luigi in this
You could probably jump of the wiggler when its on the bridge as mario, also I dont recommend forcing a character for star coins, its something I hated about mario 3d world

Just one little detail: i'd suggest making a mirrored variation of the tree in the Map16 if you still have space. this could give a bit of diversity for the trees

I wanted to make my special world map model something like:
6 small islands, every island with the level tileset, a enemy on the ground, it would have also it own bg, that would be separated by clouds and a tree model, and every island would have water and sand bellow it ofc, and they would be conected by bridges, the islands would have diferent shapes n such, and on the shipwreck level instead of a normal island it would be a broken ship, it would be one of the most cool models i would make
But i would need to have all the special world levels theme for make it
So i wanted a sugestion of 3 more themes, the confirmed themes are:
Mountain level 1
Beach level 2
Autumn level 3
? Level 4
? Level 5
? Level 6
i was gonna suggest that, so definitely

Look at the color on the bottom thing
you could prolly manually tweak the colour to match the top one
If you wanna get around the NSMBe's color compression you could always try out this method I described here #nsmb-chat message
Create a custom NSBTX and reduce it's color count to 16, 256 or whatever color limit you're trying to approach

The Black hole valley is a asteroid belt arround a planet that is really close to the blackhole, even thought on the map we dont see said Planet, in the levels we see it

the bg is a bit weird. i'd suggest making something like the tower bg ripped from nsmbwii, but with those metallic tiles, and not too dark. and maybe a bit green
