im pretty sure theres a tool that lets you edit the location of the title screen buttions
think youd need to change UI_O_menu_title_d.bnbl and UI_O_menu_title_d.bncl
maybe even just the bnbl one

because if you want it to pulse white when its pressed, it already does (at least if you choose the "mario" button, and put the graphics for this one)
