I have the hks one. It doesn’t get all too loud. Really depends on if ur running oem headers or aftermarket and how quiet ur catback is

Here’s a reference video from my car with HKS’s headers, the spec l2, and JDL’s dual resonated FP. I don’t get drone highway driving at all lol
I am telling you not to sweat buying the HKS DRFP because JDL’s is the same thing and goes on sale new for 249 or even 199

If you buy a loud catback and pair it with a DRFP it will be incredibly annoying

Yeah and it gives my HKS system a bit of needed bite
But you don’t wanna go too quiet on a DRFP like with the legamax premium because you’ll get a weird effect where you hear an exhaust note from the middle of the car that’s sometimes louder than the exhaust itself lol
