Probably because it was an expendable core. Why limit the loads for a longer life if it isn't being reused anyway

I think the load limiting shutdowns have more to do with structural concerns in flight
Like... trying not to break the center core during flight
They also went to staggered ignition of the boosters vs the core

A. The characteristics of this launch were such that the load limiting shutdowns were not needed.
B. From data from the first 3 flights, it was shown that the loads were not as significant as expected

No because the center core doesn't have any landing hardware not the attachment points to allow attaching said hardware
I'm gonna say this but really no one should expect SpaceX to recover any FH center core ever again

I have no fancy equipment, so I'm pretty pleased with how they turned out.
Bonus RB-57B. One of three flying. Pretty awesome. Was doing support for the launch.
Also that aircraft holds record for longest time in mothballs before going back to service at 41 years. Aircraft itself is from 1953ish.

First they'll be "recovered" from the landing zone
Aka lifted by the crane onto a stand, get the legs retracted, put them on transporters and all
And then they'll be sent to HangarX
They'll be refurbished and all and then off they go again for the HIF
