Kritharaki with mushrooms and chicken

Ingredients:
For the Chicken:

• 1 chicken breast
• Salt and Pepper
• dried Thyme & Rosemary

For the Kritharaki:

• 200g Kritharaki
• 500ml - 600ml chicken broth
• 1 Charlotte
• white wine (you can also use Whiskey or just water)

For the mushroom:

• 500g of mushrooms (you can use different kinds)
• 2 garlic gloves
• Butter

Recipe:
1st. Cut the Chicken breast into small pieces and mix them with salt, pepper and dried herbs.
Put them in a pan, fry it with oil and cook until the skin starts to get golden brown. Once the chicken is cooked, take them out of the pan (don't clean the pan, you cook the mushrooms with it later)

2nd Take another pan, put some oil, then fry the finely chopped Charlotte until they start to color (you can also use onions).
Reduce the temperature, add the Kritharaki, add some white wine. Once the wine reduces, add 100ml of stock into the pan and keep it steering. Add every time 100ml of the stock until you run out of it.
Steer it and cook it until the the Kritharaki gets al dente.

3rd. on the previous pan (from the 1st step) Add chopped Charlotte, crushed garlic and then add the mushrooms and season it. When the mushrooms starts to soften add some butter.
Once the mushrooms have reached a perfect consistency, put them in the pan with the Kritharaki, and the chicken as well. Mix all together.
