I'm guessing the ground vehicle is not going to be german and that there is a good likelyhood that it might be either the BMP-t since it uses the same chassis as the QN506 or it could easily be the BTR-80 that has a Strela system on it hence the last part of the hint saying "he other is based on a vehicle we have already but with a completely different weapons system which should change how it plays entirely"

Yes. I have a very strong feeling the other event vehicle is going to be the BTR-80 with the strela system because we have multiple BTR-80s in the game but all with the same gun. Giving us the Strela system one would be a whole new system for it and would drastically make it play differently
