I'm trying to complete the Thor's Hammer challenge. I seldom play Air RB and all my planes are fighters. I was hoping to complete it with my BF 110 G-4 but the challenge counted the German SC1000 bomb kills as medium bomb kills. Any suggestions on a fast to grind rank III plane with a "heavy bomb" for the challenge? I play all countries in ground RB, so nation doesn't matter.

weird I got four kills with this bomb tonight with the Bf110 g-4 but no progress for heavy bombes
only played games using that plane with the SC50 and SC1000 bombs since I got thor's hammer challenge.

Have you tried just using the 1000?

yes first 3 kills were with the SC1000 only load out at top

And did another game with just SC1000 to double I didn't somehow use wrong bombs and nope still no progress.

Something you could try is using the He 111 H-16 or something and use a Rank 3 vehicle to spawn it
Because the game sometimes will make anything you do count at the rank that the highest vehicle spawned is in

I tried that with the Stuka and it just didn't count the bomb drops at all.

Anyhow that challenge is 100% glitched, I flew some more matches with my BF 110 G-4 and eventually had the SC1000 bombs count as heavy bombs.
So SC1000 is both a heavy and a medium bomb depending on how the game feels
