M1A1 AIM: How is the KEW at 11.3 and how is the performance and survivability?

I got the M1A1 AIM after months of squadron research, and i am halfway through spading it. Is the KEW an advantage? I think it’s 500-
something pen, i checked it but forgot.

Rounds good, mobility good, gen 2 thermals are nice, anddddd thats about it

Bad armor, bad survivability

Worth if u have top tier hsa

Oh and also the apfsds is rank 3 so gl with that

The turret armor is excellent

The hull sucks

The round works well enough

Thermals are quite good

1500 horsepower (when spaded) makes it quite fast and mobile, outruns leopard 2s

KEW isn't an advantage, most 11.7 tanks you'll be facing will have 600+ mm of pen

But anything over 500 is good enough for top tier

So it doesn't matter
