A fair bit, yeah. However at 8.7 the biggest threat are Russians, but even then as long as you flank or place shots well it's not that big of a deal.

Most other nations at that BR have little to no armor with early MBTs

IKV has a LRF, but no Stabilizer. Can be annoying because no armor best armor, but it's not a big deal.

Cheese wedge is only an issue if you stay in front of it. A decent frontal shot will at least track it, if not knock out the engine/ transmission. Then just flank and shoot the ass-end of it to blow up ammo

flanking is a great strategy until you realize that there are often very few, if any, flank routes (look at north holland single cap if you want an example)

counterflankers and revenge cas can also be a major issue

Learn? Every rocket has a speed and drop that effect it. Placement on the wings also affect it. Try learning it in the test flights, then try in custom battles. So you learn the rockets in a combat focused training area. That’s my two cents. I did that a lot for CAS bombing. Now i can dome KV-1s and T-34s with 60Kg jap bombs and kill them. Just takes practice

Spitfires… honestly the Hispano Mk I are crap let’s be blunt about that. And their width on the wing can lead to convergence issues if you’re not careful. My advice is tap the trigger. Don’t go all in unless you know your on target. Or, you’re a dog fighter. Not much will get away from you if they choose to fight. Force them into a mistake, present a huge target, aim center of mass, boom. Hard to miss

im not sure where this idea that the 10m is bad comes from, its not, it has great missiles, its fast and has a 20mm. Yea the hull aiming is annoying, but you can pen a t55m from the front. Yea it has no armor but neither does the vextra or mephisto and they are both fanominal

thats a problem with heat and all missiles, dont aim for the crew aim for the fuel tanks or ammo

again, it wont hold your hand and gaijin's shitty heat mechanics will screw you over, but if you play it smart it, learn how to use it, it will be unstoppable

its one of very few tanks that is just as good in a 1.7 downtier, at its own tier, and in a 1.7 uptier

sorry it isnt an easy tank to use or even learn, but thats what france is about. If you learn to play to those tanks' strengths france has some of the most unstoppable vehicles in wt. The mephisto, sk105, amx10m, amx30dca, vextra, amx m4, char 25t (rip its 7.7br), arl44, elc bis, etc. are all some of the best tanks in the entire game and are incredibly underappreciated. If you play to their strengths every single one of those vehicles will wipe the floor with any other tank in the game, even up to a full br step above them

they just wont let you turn your brain off and get 15 kills like russia will
