Is it worth getting Expert Crews 100% of the time? What vehicles would you recommend I get Expert Crews for, and at what point should I get them (stock, half-spaded, spaded, etc.)?

For Aircraft, generally only get Expert crews if your pilot needs the extra G resistance
For tanks it's always worth pretty much.
Get expert crews if you know your going to play that vehicle for a long time
Like I got expert crew on the F-16A ADF (italy) right when I bought it because I know I'm going to play it a lot and I'll need the G resistance
I also have expert/Ace crews on my favorite GRB lineup
I dont have an expert on the Tornado IDS even though I will play it a lot because I (cant afford to) dont really need the G resistance
Of course there are more factors to expecting your crews than just G resistance but that's really the only reason I see to get expert crews for planes

I personally wouldnt take expert on a T series with autoloader if I only maxxed reload and commanding on that crew slot

That's also why you shouldn't buy your way to top tier
You have a low level crew, at a BR where repairs can take 40 seconds
For me, all my crews are close to level 100
My MBTs have maxxed reload on expert crew
And all have max targeting aswell
But in general, expert crew is only beneficial if you plan on using the aircraft a lot
Like, for example, an expert crew on the Mig-29SMT, F-16C and the new Mig 29G
