i see that the KV-1E is back and i dont know much about the russian tanks is it a worth tank to buy compared to just using tech tree varients?

The KV-1B is better but it costs 70 gjin coin so it is kind of expensive, and the KV-1E even in an up tier does well if you play it not too aggressively. If you want KV-1B probably should wait until anniversary where prices go down.

yes and no but we can also 1 tap the germans most of the time and its the same thing the other way around its who has the better reaction time /who is smarter on where to shoot but even with both of them being good players the Panzer will be at a massive disadvantage with the lack of armour and the KV1E will be much harder to kill if they do a lil wiggle and make it extremely annoying since the KV can do extreme angles and the Panzer will have a hard time penning and will only be able to pen the KV from the left of the line(look at kv pic)while the KV will kill it in 1 tap shooting anywhere but inside the boxes if angling/non angling(look at pic with panzer) Other than that i do agree with the german kv being better.

I have had the higher pen APHE shell go through the tracked cheeks of those pz4s. Favorite spot to hit.
