when you get an event vehicle (most of the time) and Battlepass vehicle gives you a coupon and you can either decide to consume it (let you use the vehicle) or keep it as a coupon to collect or sell on the market place

The above advice is pretty solid. F2G is still amazing and mid tier prems will allow you to get more comfortable w the game and still get you a long way in the tech tree

Since you are pretty low in air and ground and are looking to grind the tech tree, if you were to want to get a high tier premium, the M1128 Wolfpack is the best US ground premium at the moment and for air, I would personally recommend the f5c. I’m personally not a fan of the a10 or av8, both are solid grinders, just not for me

Idk if getting the F5C just to do base bombing in it would be more efficient than just getting the A-10 and using your Aim-9Ls to get 2 kills per match.

I would recommend, if you have 0 experience in a jet RB match to go with the A-10, I would say it is more noob friendly, takes less skill to do well and you have a better matchmaker at 10.0. If you do have some experience with energy fighting and what not, the F-5C would be your better choice since you can't rely on your missiles to get you kills frequently, but the F-5C is the better plane for grinding IF you have some experience playing mid-top tier jet RB matches.

That is in terms of purely grinding and progressing in the tech tree. The A-10 would be the better grinder just because it has 9Ls and is 10.0 BR. It takes less effort to fly the A-10 so you can just brain off and do it over and over again, But it does get boring really quickly.

F-5C is more fun plane to fly if you are going for air kills, but it takes more effort to get your kills, you sometimes have to work for them since the 9Es are sorta trash and only work on people not paying attention.

TLDR
A-10= Better for less experienced players, 10.0BR, Aim-9Ls, Brain Off, Brrt gun
F-5C= Better for more experienced players, Good Flight model, Brain On dopamine machine, Probably the better grinder if you can get A2A gun kills consistently
