i got repair cuz i wanted to repair my tanks at a point ok lol

The repair crew skills only apply to you if you turn off auto repair in the hangar

Nothing to do with in an actual game

It accelerates repair time in a match

And then agility to replace crew members faster

oh yeah i imagine the tank driving and radio communication are fairly relevant as well

but as for keen vision do i ever need that?

Leadership works fine but keep in mind it gives only a 10% max increase

Whereas the individual skills will improve your experience far more
