for SL/Rp rewards.... the german P-47 has better research and SL mod's than the others at that BR for planes

Tank wise
dependant on BR and lineup, id go for the Command Pz 4 (3.7) as its a good all rounder up to 5.3 (only as a backup though).
Additionally the KV 1 C to compliment the 4.7/5.0 lineup with the Proto-Panther, Ostie 2 and the 190 D-9/D-12 as CAS.

It can also be used in Air RB to grind killing ground targets

And they nerfed the Su-8.
Now its even worse.
