Well , Had a friend use it while playing. NOTE this was arcade but he used it exactly as you but i think he pushed the ranges on the sniping so far but shells would bounce

I have bounced that thing in an OBJECT 120 many times and any shot fired at it from almost any tank seems to ammo rack it
