I'm not really knowledgeable with ammo, which one should I use and why?

i strongly recommend default though others might find FI-T better

#

russian 23mm is known for sparking and the low velocity makes it hard to aim

#

so most of the time you will only be able to hit 2-3 rounds

#

and having all FI-T might make those rounds all spark

#

which is quite common for the 23s

#

the default belt contains ap-i which sets fires easily and cant spark and still does quite alot of damage

#

the default belt seems the most reliable in most situations
