I got banned and it took me 2-3 months to get unbanned

yep, contact support. If you can prove you didn't reverse a purchase, they should theoretically fix it themselves.
However, chances are a purchase did in fact get reversed, outside your knowledge
in which case, you'll have to buy more to get unbanned.
