I wouldn't recommend it, i would say that you should stick with either Germany or US until you have finished them and then go to the next tree
i would consider to call that madness
its useful to know how to play different tanks and planes from different nations because you get to know their strengths and weakspots
its not the best idea to play 5 nations at once however
if you have a 4.0 lineup for germany and the us its a good idea to play sweden for a bit before moving up in br
its probably best to get them to around rank 3-4 then branch out to other trees so you would have experience playing the game
^
i would say to really not rn because its all mixed games Sweden low teir
Damn... i wrote an entire essay but my internet provider decided to nope me...
I'll keep it short this time:
Switch a lot!
Play many different nations.
the more experience you gain in low tier, the easier mid tier gets, and the easier high tier gets.
Why?
You learn basics skills that you still need at high tier, but the game becomes so fast paced that you don't have time to "learn" those skills there.
I would even recommend to look at more special/ unique nations like GB and play those because they have some things that teach you some important stuff like where to aim on a tank (because of solid shot ammo) and how to plan ahead your combat routes (due to having pretty much no reverse gear in tanks like the Cromwell / Comet etc.)
Especially if you played US as one of your first nations. They loose their stabilizers after the Shermans so having played other nations is VERY helpful.
I would recommend changing nations when you get bored of the grind
