Lots of setting so before you go into any battle, test fly them, set keybinding and get feels of them. Look up even some YT tutorials how to fly them. That's how I learned them

I know people hate me for it but I quite like playing the scout ah and getting 3 quick kills before flying around after enemy helis or capping

Love doing that sorta stuff in the Alouette, still need to learn how to effectively and safely cap
