I don't really like these two because of their god awful guns and crappy ammo counts the flight performance is very good but I always get uptiered to like 10.0 or 9.7 and when I get the occasional downtier everyone just outrolls me since the planes can't compress. And somehow magically kill me

15bis and lim5 are a little niche but workable atm, not helped by frogfootsClueless.

Both of them play fairly similar in rb, so the advice can apply to both.

After takeoff, accelerate to 700km/h, then enter a shallow climb, 5-10deg at most. Your aircraft specialise in 1v1s, especially in verticals, so use that to your advantage. Ideally, you’d want to single out and 1v1 your opponents, but with rb as it is atm that’s challenging to pull off. Of course, do not force a 1v1 while the enemy team is in your area. While they are though, try your best to third-party enemies that are distracted or slow, to play the numbers game. You can try your luck following enemies that are actively turning since you have good acceleration, turn and energy retention, but of course situational awareness is key.

Fortunately, both aircraft are able to beat just about every subsonic and some supersonics at your br, provided they are willing to take the 1v1. The only few subsonics that may give you trouble would be other migs that you can face, as well as the shenyang F5 (mig17as with an afterburner). Reason being that they have incredibly similar flight performance as you.

For supersonics, a smart supersonic will be able to stalemate with you easily, unless they make an incredibly grave mistake. Generally try and bait them to follow you into a vertical manoeuvre. Though risky, it is the best bet to get a supersonic to take the 1v1.

Again, the paragraph is a guideline to how to fly both the 15bis and lim5, situations may vary, so be ready to adapt accordingly.
