i got some wagers to do "unstoppable" one and one of the objectives is to kill as many ia planes/ground vehicles as possible which i think could be fairly easy. hope you guys can help!

The Wyvern is probably the best in the game if you can spend money. After that, the A-26 might be the next best choice. Both are incredibly fast and can generally strike, and then get back to safety, before enemies can kill them. The A-26 is higher BR so it's not as much faster, but it has rear turrets and is in the tech treee.

I think the A-7D with 30mm gun pods can be very good if you can keep yourself to one side and find a quiet column of enemy tanks to shred.
