FAQ 6: PMCO GAC TOOL

6.1 Is the GAC tool a requirement in order to play the PMCO Fall Split and when will it be available for download?

Yes, it is mandatory to have the GAC tool downloaded on your mobile device in order to ensure that the players and teams are following the rules of the PMCO Fall Split tournament. The GAC tool is available in the app store for both iOS and Android from 15th to 18th July for the download period. If you miss the download period, you will not be able to play in the PMCO Fall Split. So, please download GAC before the end of 18th July 23:59 UTC+0.

6.2 How to enter the GAC account and password?

The account and password information for the GAC tool will be sent to all the registered players to ALL the team member's emails, expect the email to be sent before 26th July. Please, check your spam/junk folders if you do not see the email, check with your team members if they have received the email as well.

6.3 I do not see the GAC tool in my App/Google play store, what do I do?

Some countries have a delay of approval for the GAC tool application and/or no approval at all. We suggest to visit the registration website https://esports.pubgmobile.com/#/pmco in the GAC guideline section where the links are posted for Android users.

Please, make sure you download the GAC tool application before 26th July Qualifiers begins.

(1) For people living in the USA/North America region and Russia, the GAC tool will be sent to the team leader's email, it will be called a Testflight app for iOS users. Please, check with your Team Leader as a new updated email will be sent before 24th July, to replace a non-working GAC tool for iOS users.

(2) For people living in Bangladesh with iOS device, the GAC tool is confirmed published, make sure your apple store is Bangladesh region. Otherwise, use VPN to access and download the GAC tool from another store or change regions to download the GAC tool.

Step (1): Type in google search bar for your region “Download TestFlight app” and then download the TestFlight.

6.4 I received the email regarding GAC Tool login information, but it keeps saying "incorrect/wrong password", what do I do?

In the email provided to the Team Leader, you are given the in-game ID to put as username with a password. The login details are not wrong, you just need to input the information correctly. Here is how:

Input username: your in-game ID (the ID provided in the email)
Input password: provided in the email.

6.5 The GAC tool application is not accepting my birthday year of less than 18 years, what do I do?

If in your country the GAC tool is not allowing you to enter because you are ages between 16-18, then please change the birthday year to make yourself age 18 in order to access the GAC tool.

Keep in mind that once you Qualify from Qualifiers to Group Stages, you will be asked to provide legal documents like birth certificate/passport/identification card.

6.6 I am from Mauritanie, but the country is not listed in the GAC tool, what do I do?

Due to the version of the GAC tool, Mauritanie is not available. You can select another neighbouring country instead in order to access the GAC tool. In the next version update, Mauritanie will be included.

It depends upon the invited teams. If there are 16 invited teams then 16 teams will qualify from in game qualifiers to group stages. These are the countries listed in South Asia Wildcard.

In pmpl was another way, pmco and pmpl organizators give us the the credentials in the personal email

The account and password information for the GAC tool will be sent to the Team Leader's email that the he/she signed up for the team during the registration AND the account information will be sent to the registered players through their in-game mail, as well, AFTER the registration period has ended. Registration period ends July 26th.
