Once you clicked submit in website, it should say “registration successful” you cannot verify anywhere. But if you are still worried, try the ID again in website it will say char ID already registered (make sure/double check if all the details are correct)

However, if your team qualifies to the group stages, then you will have new rules.

No need to worry, in the previous pmco the pmco portal opened in the crew challenge tap but it does not mean the crew tap is the only way to do it, so rest assured and you will be able to play your qualifier matches when the time comes.

Matches have fixed schedule, your team should play 21 match, 3 matches per day for 7 days period. Check the faq section in the website for the exact timings and the maps.

No, you do not choose the time, your team should be present at the time indicated in the schedules and you will be joining through certain interface and then you can click start to be matched.
