I would like to report 2 issues in gameplay and both happen when we exist the vehicle.

1. When existing the vehicle, the sprint button disappears and this bug has been happening for a while now. We hope you can look into it and fix it soon. Many people are experiencing this issue too that I know.

Since the tier restriction have been added i assume you are aware of how many complains you have been getting from players who arent able to team up with friends, now thinking about it, i have come up with an idea, i have thought about the reasons why players might hate playing with randoms, and i found one thing that could pretty annoying when playing with people who you do not know, and that is poor cooaporation / unwillingness to help teammates, and alot of differences in movements and tactics, so i suggest you add some sort of system that tracks your gameplay and adds extra points to your tier or like a congratulation message at the end of the match + extra points for the whole team maybe? (Just something to make helping teammates worth it) for assisting a teammate, now i know that there is already a similar thing that is called assist, but making it more affective on your earnings after a match should be pretty fun for players, because that way we will be more motivated to help and cooaporate with the team, please do think about this suggestion with an open mind, thanks.

Just chiming in, as many have before me, about the Tier compatibility issue.
I'm 6 points from Ace and don't want to play classics anymore, because once I hit Ace I can only play with Ace players from my friends list.
It is, in my opinion, taking a lot of fun out of the game. If I play one more match, my best friends in game can only play unranked with me until they hit Ace.
I understand wanting to keep people around the same level playing together... but surely if they're your friend, or in your clan there could be exceptions to the rule.

I don’t see the need why phone players need more aim assist ? I understand the hip fire for iPads was broken before when I was playing on the phone, but that’s been fixed. Once I tried playing on the ipad I understand that phones were easier to aim because of the gyro and even without gyro it so easy because of the aim assist. As a player who started playing since Season 2 and have continuously been playing till now, there are few points I want to say

1. Game Mode

Remember those mirror island, sandstorm mode in mirarmar, or even blizzard mode on Vikendi? Remember the ice skate mode for Erangel? Being zombie to attack real players on Erangel map?
Those modes were super super fun but you guys are all deleting it after the event has passed. This is like stepping backward honestly. Consider adding these modes back to pubgm. Make the game alive again. We want the creative things such as the ice egg, or the snowball cover instead of stupid crystals and buy stuffs in the shop.
There is no difference between the hex crystals and the new coin system. yall are just LAZY and change the skin of it only.

2. Tier Compatibility

Whats going on? This is really annoying and unfair to those players who can’t play alot and dont have time to grind their rank. if you guys dont remove this, just wait until more players leave and quit this game. We play this game for fun with our friends, not everyone cares about rank.
You may say, Oh unranked mode exists.
Is playing in a bot lobby fun?

So, the ban pan review system is bugged. I have 95% accuracy with over 1600+reviews, and now for the last two days the system always gives it as xray vision even when the player has not violated any! It is clear the player has not violated, but the system says it is violation, I dont want to just give xray vision for all just for my right percentage and accuracy, dont ban people unecessary due to bugs, they spend years on this game and your idiotic system just bans them with 3650days and loss of rankings which is really idiotic of developer community and ban pan team. Regarding spraying someone with m4/UZI from 500m is not accurate at all as the maximum distance you can see an enemy on ipads/emulators with huge screens is 350 barely 380. Better get your numbers accurate.

Regarding the healing sprinting issue of yours you can easily fix that by lowering the sprint sensitivity.

Hipfire of the ipad/emulator has been fixed in this update. If you're an ipad user you can seriously notice the difference.

Feedback: So I'm playing PUBG MOBILE Global and Korean versions as well as BGMI (BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA).

Compared to BGMI, both PUBG MOBILE versions are lacking behind in loot and vehicle spawn. The loot is not enough. Mostly pistols, shotguns and level 1 equipments are spawned. Vehicle are very rare. I once ran from Military Base to Shelter on foot coz of no vehicle spawn, not even a 3 seater bike which hardly anyone uses.

I would highly recommend to increase loot. The game is not fun if there's no loot or vehicle to drive to safe zone.

Does anyone (that can actually change something in the game) read these messages? Desync is insane, a lot of times it feels like damage/bullets don’t even register. Multiple headshots and not getting a knock - why even practice aiming for the head? TDM sound has been bugged for weeks if not months. TDM needs more improvement, a lot of times one side will just quit and it’s not fair to have 1v4, specially if the player is clueless about what’s happening. High level players should be matched with high level opponents to make it “fair”. Pretty much everyone has been complaining about not being able to team up with their friends and nothing has been done to fix it as far as I know, and most of the time no one gets a reply. There’s still a ton of people in game using pretty racist usernames in all kinds of languages. I understand you’re trying to make the game better and people “nicer” to each other so everyone can have fun, but it’s just not showing and there’s not enough communication between game-players (who make the game by dedicating their time and money to it).

I have a suggestion:

Remove the Tier Restrictions.
Whoever has the highest tier on the team; match the team in that Tier.
For instance, if the teammates are in Bronze or in Gold Tier and the fourth teammate is in Conqueror, match the team against the Conqueror Tier players. So then the lower Tier players could decide if they want to play with Higher Tier players.

I would suggest to put the Bronze Tier up to the Gold Tier in the same Lobby and the Platinum Tier and above including the Conqueror Tier in the same Lobby.
That way you wouldn't have to wait too long to enter the match.

I have a lot of my Pro Player friends stay in Platinum or Diamond Tier. They don't care or don't have time to rank up but would love to play against the best players.

Shit I know this is a lot to ask for, but with time stuff gets repetitive. Metro royale could use a little spicing up, asides from the minor glitches and the shite security system it’s a good damn game mode it’s just that gets repetitive.

Possibly add new features like hard points and mission features in the map? Here are a few ideas I had, I know they are not gonna get considered though.

Hardpoint like a capture the flag point where if a player holds a area in the map (visible to all players in game) they’re rewarded with metro cash or a rare components. Though this is risky as well geared characters are more likely to battle for this area.

Bounty eventually once you reach a certain level you have a small chance of being put on a bounty board in a game. Players can accept the bounty and they’re given a general area of where their bounty is. If the player kills the bounty they get a rare component along with the loot and dog tag of the bounty. If the bounty escapes alive they get a rare component as a bonus for surviving.

Just some basic ones, though I’m sure if you asked the community or just thought with some creativity y’all could find ways of spicing up the game mode.

I have evidences to back this up. This is a review footage from the All-Talent championship where two teams are blatantly teaming up to feed kills to one of the teams. Look at the ratio between the two choices.

Yesterday I have lost about 11-13 rating protection cards while I was in crown 1 tier. This was due to the fact when I started matches everything was normal till I landed. As soon as I landed the ping would spike I would be thrown out of the match and then I'll have to enter again and after entry I would realize that I have actually landed a few hundred meters away from my actual landing position. After a few moments a bit would come up and kill me while my screen is stuck at the loading interface.
The real issue here is that when I was in crown it was okay but now in ace tier it is not okay as I am doomed to getting minus and loosing my rank I am pushing Conqueror and have only 450 points left till I make top 100. So please it's a kind request that you @sick widget look into this matter as soon as possible and give me and many other players like me rating protection points as compensation.

So far I have played the map only 2 or 3 times. The map is not very fun to play. There are some things which needa improvement.

1: Invincibility aftet spawn is too long
2: Tactical sounds are not very audible. Almost impossible to hear footsteps, gun sounds and grenade sounds until we are as close as 10 mtrs
3: Outfit is not very good since it's very difficult to spot blue team due to outfit and background color.

I feel like we got side tracked from my initial point. A big section of reviewers mark videos as no violations. I just want there to be a way to filter out reviewers that fall under a certain percentage of accuracy; or not receive the titles if they don't have a certain percentage of accuracy.

This message is just creating frustration for players which are unfamiliar with how the reports work although the message clearly indicate that it’s not their final decision yet it says we can’t find any cheating. A lot of times the cheating is crystal clear like flying etc yet we receive such messages saying that there isn’t any cheating that’s like saying our security system didn’t detect anything so we need human investigation to see their gameplay. No point of the message at all I don’t really want a system automated message saying he didn’t cheated. I want the security team finial decision after their investigation.

Why do we get to review videos of cheaters that’s already banned? Enormous amount of time I get videos right after clicking violation found I see in the reviews record that the player is already banned. Once a cheater is already banned by the security team the video should not be further pushed to the investigators and waste their time.

15 videos as a daily limit is just so low to really contribute to the fairness of the game. As higher as I level up I should be allowed to review more videos.

I’ve reviewed around 159 videos and none of them are videos that have been generated from other modes of the game for example the TDM. Is the video inspection system only committed for the fairness of the classic matches only?

Being able to see the skins of the player in the video inspection will in a way or another compromise the fairness of the judgement. It’s quite often that players somehow connect that a player which got no skins is a cheater. Either remove all skins from the video inspection or use a default skins for all reports similarly of course the weapon skins, cars etc.

Just like how there’s Sprint Sensitivity(1-100%), kindly change the aim assist instead of Enable/Disable which turns it off completely, change it to (1-100%) format. For example I like to turn off aim assist but somehow I still need the feature so if there’s chance for 1-100% aim assist sensitivity I can basically set it in 40 or 50% so the aim assist will be reduced won’t be high or sharp as of someone using the 100%. Hello I would like to give my honest feedback to the new groza that just came out- Ryomen Sukuna. The final form as shown in the workshop is fully animated with the eyes shining through every few seconds. Yet in game, the eyes doesnt shine until you kill someone, and that effect last so much shorter than what has been shown in the workshop. This is a false advertisement as we upgrade the gun on the basis that it is animated at all times and just not when u get a kill. As an example as shown in the photo attached, the mythic pmgc scar is animated as advertised so is it in game at all times, unlike the groza, which the eyes turned red for very short time whenever u get a kill. I hope the gun get fixed. Thanks!

My average ping is 45-60 ms in Europe servers. and the game works just fine. A week ago I started to have lower ping than usual, my ping these days is around 20-35 ms but the problem is that the game is lagging hard, multiple cuts and delay while looting , like if I’m playing with +300ms ping ! my graphics is smooth 90fps , with the anti-aliasing and Auto-adjust turned on.

Even a map update for how buildings look would paint a refresh aspect of the game like the new 8v8 mode. Additionally, I host UC customs for my stream on Wednesday. Even the new 8v8 mode is bugged for spectator as my whole screen shakes like I’m feeling the gyroscope for all 16 people in the lobby and many people whose heads are even rendering. Also, I do like how they added where we could climb ladders. I think that could make a lot of a positive impact for such a simple addition in maps.

Adding ladders would certentainly add a new dynamic to most maps for sure. They can do what New State did for their version of Erangel. If you've played it, the interior design for compounds and buildings are far more detailed and closer to PUBG PC

Yeah I have tried NS; however, like PUBG was in the beginning alot of quirks they need to work through. If PUBG focused more on updating maps (such as the Vikendi update we never had) and other things like fresh painted maps, buildings, dynamics like you noted like the ladders, etc. it would have such a HUGE impact by addressing main issues which lead people to stepping away. Essentially, even the tier restrictions because it’s sad we aren’t able to play with our friends who don’t have the time to rank up like we do then they don’t have anyone when they do have time to play since we are already so far ahead of them. I like the concept, but what I really just want to see is my kills (and death) from my perspective. It doesn’t have to look fancy, seeing it from the enemies perspective adds no value.

2. My bullets don't even register I guess something like 70% at least
3. My device heats up a lot (my phone never thermal throttles except with beta 1.9)

iPads hip-fire is broken after the 1.8 updates, even though the aim is at the head the bullets are connecting to the opponent's feet, it's too random and bizarre, where the devs said they 'fixed the hip-fire deviation on high-resolution screens, they ended up ruining it, at least make it the same as mobile phones, instead given how it is right now; iPad's hip-fire makes no sense whatsoever, with the same aim-n-cross-hair placement the bullets will connect to the head and on other instances, bullets will be connecting on the feet of the opponent
kindly relay the message to the devs and get it fixed
