We would like to express how excited we are about the upcoming collaborations that were recently announced for the game but we do have some concerns we would like to address before having to see those collaborations become live in the game. Previously when the game announced a collaboration, we would get to see different collaboration items in the game such as crates, in-game events and also in the battleground related items or promotions. Those items would be available for direct purchase or the events would have items that are permanent such as hats or t-shirts. A very good example would be the RE2 collaboration, we had different collaboration items created for different players, the ones that spend and the players who don't spend on game skins. The recent collaborations have had many good items but the in-game events had time limited titles and skins which don't really excite us to wait for the new collaborations anymore. As a player, I would like to showoff that I was playing the game when a specific collaboration was there with my title or with the items I got as a reward from an event related to this collaboration. The recent DUNE collaboration was very dull and the social media promotions were more exciting than the rewards we got in-game. Another very sad thing was the 3rd anniversary title that we all were expecting to be permanent like the 1/100 title but were very disappointed to have it as a time limited item. I know the game is not only about skins and in-game items but those small things do make players feel special that they had to witness a specific event or a collaboration this also makes players finish those event missions that are related to the collaboration or event.

You get better Hipfire accuracy & it's easy to control the recoil because you have a big screen.

Those people who keep trying to justify that the iPads/Tablets don't have any advantages over the phones is a big lie and you know it.

You can play with gyroscope, you can play at the maximum high sensitivity settings and you are able to get the accurate shots at the enemies. You can't play with high sensitivity settings on Mobile Phones because the size of character's shape is small & you wouldn't be able to get the accurate shots at the targets. With an iPad, it's easy to spot enemies & it's easy to kill them because you shoot at a large character shape on a gigantic screen. You get better Hipfire accuracy & it's easy to control the recoil because you have a big screen.

Those people who keep trying to justify that the iPads/Tablets don't have any advantages over the phones is a big lie and you know it.

Guys who are told what to do by iPad/Tablet players, don't be sheeps. Think for yourself! Don't let it become a habit and always be followers.

Please please fix the bug where players would get extremely laggy in game but our ping is only at 20-40ms. We can’t even play the game properly. This happens in the normal classic mode and flora mode.

Also, could you look into the RnG for crates & lucky spin events? Because i feel like the RnG is so imbalance. Some people tend to spend 10x more than others to just be able to get certain skins.

Another bug is that through mid game, players would get disconnected (not able to shoot // loot anything) but they are still in game and able to talk to teammates. A pop up would not show on the disconnected player, only his/her teammates could see whether or not they have been disconnected from the game

Problem 1: The game is very laggy since the update

Players have been experiencing lag in game (classic mode inc/exc flora event). Ping are well maintained at 20-100ms but whenever infront or near an enemy, the game would just lag. Sometimes when walking/running/driving in game, you will teleport back 200m. Please please fix this problem because it is happening to majority of the players in game.

Problem 2: The items looted in flora map

The items are not very easy to find in game (it could only be found in erangel map as I have tested out flora event in sanhok and livik). However, even so, in erangel, the items are quite rare as you have to loot like 5-6 houses to get 1 item, sometimes 0 items even. But that's not the issue, after looting the items for the event, you finish the game, you may lose some of the items you looted. Example, I looted 4 faulty chips, 2 vines and 3 yarilo specimen, but when I finish my game, I only get 4 faulty chips, 0 vines and 3 yarilo specimen. It is annoying because I actually spent time playing the game and looting those items for the event so I could exchange with friends.

Problem 3: Disconnection of players in game

Players often get disconnected mid game. We would be playing a normal classic // event game, and out of sudden 2/3 of your teammates would just get disconnected. And a pop up doesn't even show up saying that they are disconnected from the game. They just can't loot items, can't shoot or move. And normally when this happen, someone in the team actually have to tell them that there's a disconnected icon shown beside their names. It normally takes a good minute for them to come back "online" into the game and the disconnected icon will disappear. But still, would be nice if this could be fixed

NA it takes forever to find a game and most of the time you will not get in a game. In Duo especially there is ALWAYS a lvl 70+, all skins, Ace K/D 5+, player with a lvl 30-, no skins, Bronze/Silver , K/D 1 HACKER (Always wallhack- often Autoaim) teammate who is just carrying their teammate.
I got few banned by reporting them in-game but it’s ridiculous how it is such a very common thing to see lately. Because the hacker is banned of course, but they don’t have any worries they will just make a new account. On the other hand, their carried teammate is very happy to get Ace/Conquerer.

How to solve this issue?
Well imo, make it harder to team up with new accounts. Unless u have a similar level/ tiers /Maybe KD/ similar days playing this game, for example a player who has been playing for 20 days can’t team up with someone who has been playing for 365 days.
Or maybe put a limit where u can only team up with new accounts for certain amount of games every day.
OR for every player profile , u can only create one more account, than the one you already have. So u only get two accounts in general. No more making new accounts.

By doing this u make it harder for cheaters not only to group with players but in general.
Because who keeps creating a new account every week? Yep its cheaters.

Legit players already have their own accounts and there wouldn’t be a need to create a new one if theirs is working for them fine.
And for the ppl who have lost their account for whatever reason, they could create a new one and catch up by playing fairly.

You can't play with high sensitivity settings on Mobile Phones because the size of character's shape is small & you wouldn't be able to get the accurate shots at the targets. With an iPad, it's easy to spot enemies & it's easy to kill them because you shoot at a large character shape on a gigantic screen. You get better Hipfire accuracy & it's easy to control the recoil because you have a big screen.

Those people who keep trying to justify that the iPads/Tablets don't have any advantages over the phones is a big lie and you know it.

Hello, i found a bug. When i play TDM in any mode mostly in hanger, character's speed decreases. Dear Devs....Question...Why are air pods....(arguably a top quality wireless option) not optimized for this game. Some combinations of air pods / devises work without mic and echo issues. And some don't. This doesn't seem that hard. They are pretty popular... if you havn't noticed.....air pods and ipad air 4 do not work in game. They just don't. A nearly $1000 setup (after tax) that you cant play pubg on because of audio issues. I know 6 people I play with regularly that can't use theirs air pods and want to. He stood on the rocks at PD, dancing and waving, we got shot after shot on him, I was using immolating AWM ammo, he was taking no damage. Not even on fire after my hits, and we were clearly getting headshots on him. Glitch or cheat? Y’all added three worthy features in this update which made it seem like they worth all that data - 1) Vs al mode (easy and normal for harder scenario) 2) sprint sens 3) Highlights feature to record gameplays or sharing with others. Vs Al mode works perfect and serves purpose right to get warmed up or set and adjust sensitivity but highlights feature is 70% glitched and over tax on phones battery and perfomance lol 1) It dont even show right pings, Like you can see it show 20 ms on highlights but I am playing at 150 ms which is alright since its just minor thing 2) It dont even record clutches MOST of time lol Even if you nade 3 players together or kill last squad of 2-3, It wont record that 6 out of 10 times 3) And IF it records those cluthes (4 out of 10 times) Highlights features shows those moments glitchier than contra game was back then like in these videos lol Last 2 videos is comparison of what it looked like in highlights vs what it actually looked like 4) When you click on share with clan or friends or share through whatsapp, it dont share anything so why even have those options? Lol Vs Al mode is perfect but that alone isnt worth all that data y’all put up in last update lol What use is highlights feature when its 70% ruined??? Why’d i Share my data by turning it on if its only gonna effect my phones battery life ?

With an iPad, it's easy to spot enemies & it's easy to kill them because you shoot at a large character shape on a gigantic screen. You get better Hipfire accuracy & it's easy to control the recoil because you have a big screen.

Those people who keep trying to justify that the iPads/Tablets don't have any advantages over the phones is a big lie and you know it.

Me and my friends are facing these issues, after this update. Please fix these issues, otherwise, u will lose a huge number of players.

1. In every matches, we face loading and request time out issues. Even if our ping is within 40-80ms, we face this issue.

2. We cannot link our phone number. Because OTP codes are not coming to our phone. For this reason, we are unable to change the region also.

3. If you share or want to install pre shared sensitivity code, it will not be the same. Everytime, it will set different sensitivity values. It's weired.

4. In some matches, suddenly I get a error and sent back to the login page. After loggin in, I see match is over and my rank and kd is fucked up.

1. logged out, did a routine repair
   2)Entered the game after connecting a vpn and i applied for unlink.
   3)I noted the time and after 7 days, i used the same vpn(Even same country) to enter the game and my social media was unlinked.. I think it's about the vpn.. Use the same vpn (Same country) while doing unlink process..

I was waiting for this feature for a very long time but it really disappointed me and hope it gets improved in a future update.

most if not all people go for the regular hipfire in close quarter combats and forget that OTS aim even exists, and the reason why they don't use OTS is because of the bullet spread of the two aim modes isn't very different and regular hipfire generates more movement speed than OTS aim.

A small buff in these two stats would make over-the-shoulder aim mode an actual usable option, hope you guys notice my suggestion.

With an iPad, it's easy to spot enemies & it's easy to kill them because you shoot at a large character shape on a gigantic screen. You get better Hipfire accuracy & it's easy to control the recoil because you have a big screen.

Those people who keep trying to justify that the iPads/Tablets don't have any advantages over the phones is a big lie and you know it.

Guys who are told what to do by iPad/Tablet players, don't be sheeps. Think for yourself! Don't let it become a habit and always be followers.
