Exactly the same here!! Very frustrating.
When you delete the game and reinstall then you can play one game and that screen pops up again. And then again no choice then to ‘tap to open’ and get kicked out of the game. Very frustrating. 😒
Others can collect a background etc after this and we won’t be able to play unless we delete and reinstall. And then we can play only ONE game .
Please fix this @sick widget

Now that I played it with real players the gliders are broken because they explode and instantly kill you Some one Please fix this no vehicles should explode this way !!There was also no gas cans I could find anywhere. There should be one per house group. Another one is the” hand the box and the backpack “ button should be one button. It would be way better if it was like the PC Version where you hold one button and swipe over what you want or if your looking at one item on the ground just tap it and you pick it up...

In the latest version of the smoke grenade bug, you have to wait until the time runs out to let the smoked out, unlike 1.2 version, when the smoke touched the ground for a second then the smoked immediately came out.

After Latest update enemies sound appears much closer in TDM when they actually are far. Secondly Gun sounds is way too loud. In Classic matches enemies footsteps is bugged. We can't hear the steps like we used to. we only hear them when enemy is like 10-20 m away from you. needs to be fixed like it was before the update please.

3rd time reporting this issue. I am really mad about PUBG not taking care of this problem for iPad users. It’s that when after the update and I load into the game, it shows this tap to open thing and when you click on it the game crashes and kicks you out of the game. In every game (classic & custom room) a sudden fps drop is happening, the fps is going to literally 5-10 fps for 3-5 sec either once or twice. And the phone also become unimaginably heated. Where is the optimisation?? With every update there’s some new bug is added. In this update there is too much de-sink going on and the sound sense in tdm is totally off. I’m very much disappointed and frustrated for these things . You have become a world wide popular game so your optimisation should have to be world class .

Feedback: The glider has a "safety mechanizm" that cannot be disabled. The feature doesnt allow you to jump out of a glider when youre travelling above an "unknown" speed/height.

No weapon on against team player hand.
From lobby if i go to tsm loadout to set my loadout after returning to lobby there ia no name showing.
Jumping from palne is so glitchy. So much rubber banding while landing :rage:
Can hear enemy's footstep more then 25m. My game volume and earphone volume is also full.
While fighting enemy even teammates auto fire but all i can hear is thay are firing on single fire mode. But thay are auto firing. " it not just happend while spactate. Also happen while playing rral plaer firing gun but sound like a bot firing" That is so frustrating.
While spectate can't hear all audio properly. Even all weapons auto firing as single mode fire. Like tap tap tap.........................

Please fix the speed glitch with armor in Metro Royale.
Please fix the possibility to go out of the map in Metro Royale (there're tons of YT videos over there that showcase these glitches, all shot during the 3rd chapter).
I still think that registering of shots is sometimes off in TDMs, rarely in classics.
Spectator glitches in classics.

Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the update. The game does run smoother and faster on my mobile phone. Good job!

My Account has a server issue in ARENA Matches and Spectate mode is broken too this is a description of what happens.

Spectate mode is broken as well can’t spectate any teammates or enemies after dying in Classic matches (Freeze Spectate)

After the update, my ping somehow got better (from 200 to 150) but the desync seems to hit harder and the damage definitely does not go through/damage doest seem to register no matter how many times I shoot the enemies, headshot and all (specially in tdm, I'll have over 10 assists every match).

Suggested Features:

Adding Server Change Cooldown card where players can change server using card with UC. Such as 60 UC to override server Cooldown.
Adding back ability to change server on Custom Rooms as we may choose KRJP server but want to play on Middle East for better Ping.
Allow to browse the users profiles and change servers as it used to be.
Add server choice as info for each player on their profile so we know our friends are on which server.
Activate Middle East Server fully for Players on Middle East and add more ME servers as we suffer from playing with Europe players with their 20ms ping!

They seem like cheaters to us because of Ping differences.

PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE ROLLBACK THE SPOOWN weapons WITH PLAYERS ON RESPAWN ILAND😭😭😭😭 OR Utleast make an option so sound less high pitched it's so annoying!

Every decent game has the option to change the rendering resolution, PUBG MOBILE does not have this option, please implement that option. Pubg mobile uses UNREAL ENGINE, so it can be easily implemented ... for example: (same screen resolution: r.MobileContentScaleFactor = 0

BUG: Sometimes when playing TDM and Gun Game using a shotgun or a sniper the player starts walking awkwardly like very slow and it makes it so hard to play, even if we switch for an AR the problem continues. (PS it’s not only me I’ve seen many complaints about this in Pubg Mobile related groups and many players said they exit the match when it happens)
Also do not confuse this with the bug that makes the player walk sideways which is solved by going prone.

Hi, There is a severe issue with ping. After the update, when i start to play the match, the ping shows 20 ms and it jumps to 378ms. The same scenario is constantly going on since the day i updated the game. Please do something, the game is totally unplayable. I tried to play in global client, korean version, and myanmar clients to check the ping and found that this issue is every where. I swear fluctuating ping is annoying, FYI, i checked my wifi connection, it is working quite fine Nd its the game that became buggy and unplayable.

I reported the problem of when I have a weak connection, it says Loading in the middle of the game even though I can see people move and shoot which means it is connected. But the real problem is after connection is restored, the mini map stop working at where I last was before losing connection. And it never moves until a minute or two have passed, this is a problem when someone is nearby and I need to hear where they shoot.

Metro Royal glitch:
When you enter the match it tooks some time to load your stuff!
In this time the guy with a better network connection loads much quicker ,he can drop his low level armor and while ur armor is not loaded ,game automatically will pick the armor,and when your own armor loads,game will drop ur own armor on the ground,so ur teammate can pick it up!
Just happened to me and picked an armor 2 and dropped my own steel front lvl 6 with 300k attachments on it😭♥️

Please fix the D sync problem. Alot of pubg youtubers/ players have been complaining about this. Most of the time bullets dosent register and even u can get hit in covers. This is one of the most annoying glitch in the game. Im not trying to be disrespectful or anything but PUBG only focuses on costumes, its literally cash grab at this point. This PUBG Corp., Ran out of ideas. Look at RP untill S2-S6, god they got something new everytime and thats how people started spending money in a game. See now, situation becoming worse by every new season. Lmao that 100 RP outfit looks almost same shape and size with different color style since 5-6 seasons. They lost they mind being soo much greedy. Gotta admit! PUBG Mobile is getting WORSE after each update. My iPhone 12 had 0 render lag before update and now it lags even when a bot spawns. Approaching a squad, the frame rate goes to 15fps. Not to mention the 25+ glitches and bugs faced by just me after the update. These include my character being spawned to another location when exiting a vehicle, all teammate names shown on top of each other in lobby, DESYNC, banning certain accounts for no reason and letting the hackers play it just fine, bullet indicator in map is shown from the opposite direction when I am sitting in a vehicle, random crashes when approaching even theme park in Erangel, enemy fires 1 bullet and I am dead, enemy dies only after I fire a full round of M416(No its not my network issue), sudden ping spikes in the middle of the game, enemy is not even shown when I am getting knocked, buggy gets into weird positions every time, extreme frame drop in spawn island and the sound of guns makes me wanna just mute my speaker and turn it on back when in plane.

The game is almost dead. Just a few more updates and the team can successfully kill the game. Atleast show little respect to the players. If you can't make the game atleast half perfect, please stop making games.

In week 2, you need to kill 200 enemy with Aug A3 and M762 in Arena. That is very very hard and will take a long time, stop making RP missions harder and harder. 40 kills is Ok. But 200 kills is very very hard.

Feedback: It's nice to see that players' feedbacks were taken into consideration and optional Arena missions were added to "kill X enemies with Y weapon" category but the number of kills in required to complete the mission are way to high. The alternative mission for Kill 20 enemies in classics is Kill 200 enemies in Arena, which is way too much. The number of required kills should be reduced to 100 instead.

Hello pubg mobile team i request you to please do something with the 5.56 weapons the 5.56 weapons are ruining this game it literally has no recoil people spray 200m and its still laser accurate, people don't even touch bolt action or DMR we want you to increase the recoil of 5.56 weapons and just make people use different weapons also example: if someone is coming from open area others will just lie down and spray and within 2 seconds the other guy will get knocked he'll not be able to dodge bullets because of another thing ruining compititive especially 'AIM ASSIST' i request you to do something with the recoil system

Experiencing issues with the Joystick button.. I'll be running or simply moving left and right and the character will just stop, like the Joystick doesn't recognize my finger anymore or something although it's still against the same part of the screen. Bullets are not being registered even with a ping of 40 - 80ms. When firing, the bullets hitting the body only creates blood splash but no hit marks are seen. Averagely, out of 9-10 bullets, roughly, 1-2 bullets are registered with hit marks rest brings out only blood splash.

Technically, this mostly happens when the body is in animation, like vaulting, proning. Shooting during the animation doesn't register bullets. Similarly, bullets also don't register between the transition of two movement styles.

I hope the technical information I've provided would be helpful to fix it.

M762-XT Bugged on TDM (idk for the non-XT one). Shots not register (I saw that on wynnsanity's stream and also experienced it with m24) jump glitches on TDM (trying to climb and getting multiple times jump/makes you jump 5 times higher than normal idk how to say it. 1️⃣ Give us the option to mute (or hide) in game chat for some or all teammates.
2️⃣ Give us skill based matchmaking in EvoGround modes especially in Gun Game, I’m bored of winning literally all the time even though I exit when it’s players with low level accounts. My evo level is 67 not low so it doesn’t make sense.
3️⃣ I know this will never happen but I wish we could block or choose some countries in matchmaking, choosing matchmaking language is not enough when the language is very common, and after the server modifications some of us are stuck with the same category of players.

Stuck in the loading screen again right before entering the lobby.. Then when it asks me if I want to enter the match and I press "yes", it says the match server did not respond, which sends me back to loading screen and I can't enter. After the recent update I am having so many issues. Getting caught on the corners of buildings, cars, etc. I get locked on a peeking position and can’t unlock it so I stand there unable to move and get shot. If I’m running my character will just stop and then I can’t move unless someone moves me. If I’m auto running I can’t make it stop running so I’m just waiting for the game to decide to unlock it. 🤬 seriously almost threw my iPad across the room. I have an iPad Air 3, updated and lots of storage. My ms is between 20-50. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still having issues.

Why u mix the ranking system with emulators and mobile players? Does it seem fair when a mobile player push to conq and have to beat emulator scores to become conq? Is this really fair for you?

Damage bug still exist in every match + ping flips to 350-400 several times which leads to get killed in fights. Wish this game became better by its 3rd birthday but no. Lets see how bad increasing u will lead till next year..

Suggestion:

1: It would be great if there was a way to turn aim acceleration On and Off. I flick a lot and its frustrating to see my aim go off way too much because of this.

2: Option to adjust X and Y axis sensitivity would be a great addition aswell.

3: Limited vision or ability to see enemies only when they come to a certain distance near you or fog effect when proning on grass.

4: Bring back hradcore mode.

5: more AR recoil so sniping is more viable.

DESYNC, high ping for no reason, 90fps isn’t fair towards lower fps players since the fire rate of most guns is faster, all servers r filled up with middle easterns but theirs and they all team up if they happened not to be using hacks, game is so tràsh I finally forced myself to uninstall.

Dear Tencent, I just read the news about the arcade desert map Karakin killing the well-balanced and beautiful Vikindi. I just want to voice, that I am extremely disappointed in this development. The game becomes increasingly arcady and unrealistic, the skins childish and the bugs remain unfixed.

Whenever I make a custom room, the server crashes in 90% rooms.

This happens when I click on START and all players are in lobby and when it reaches MATCH WILL START IN 30 SECONDS....half of the players in the lobby get the error of SERVER TIMED OUT..and they are kicked from the room...

Ipad Pro (2018) users, and other ipads users, are facing mic issues explained as below:

First issue: when you connect you headphones before starting the game, sound gets messed up when you start a match, you loose volume and you won’t get audio staging properly and keep hearing footsteps from all directions, until you “mute” the (team mic) in game, then you start hearing footsteps normally, it could also be fixed by signing out of your account, clicking “repair” and restarting the game, or you can avoid it by waiting till the game starts and connect the headphones when you’re in lobby, not while the game is opening.

Second issue: you start the game and get invited to Lobby by your friends, or join random lobbies; once you tick the mic icon (to turn it on), sound starts coming out from speakers, and whatever you do it won’t get back through headphones unless you stop the game and restart it.

Please take in consideration these problems as it’s affecting our game experience. And it start happening since season 17, also It has been reported by several ipad users. I don’t know though if it happens also in other IOS devices.

Completely agree! I highly doubt that removing EXO will result in many upset players...most people are using pouches and plates anyway. Please fix this tencent. As a non-pro player, I'm at a great disadvantage when I encounter a speed glitcher.

I'll also add that many people have no intention on glitching, but when they get killed a few times by someone that was speed glitching, they simply don't care anymore and they find a way to do it themselves. This is where the main problem(s) come in, and this is how we end up in a match where 50%+ people are speed glitching...they are doing it to stay alive!

After latest update Europe server got big issues like ping goes up(20- 400ms) instantly and you die . also you hit someone 20 times it does nothing to him (damage bug) .Tdm is also fked up you get killed throught the wall every time . Bullets are not getting register although I have stable internet connection (WiFi) Everytime I do 1v1 I get knocked earlier even tho I hit him earlier in tdm as well as classic matches.
Now getting a single kill has been a miracle for me as well as not getting knocked after you hit enemies. Like_for example I used UZI too for enemies but I get knocked everytime , no doubt I have really a good aim. Also please fix the parachute glitch where you continue flying and get stuck after you unfollow your friend.

Adding a "very smooth" graphic option, for maximum fps and also for people with low end devices, let's be honest here pubg mobile lite isn't a game that u would play, unless u could use the acount that u have on the global one then yeah I can see it being successful, however I think optimizing the global game is way better for obvious reasons

This game is very demanding for phones and it keeps getting worst with every update, which buries the future of this game for people that can't afford to buy a new good phone, even if ur having a 4gb ram it's not enough to play pubg anymore, which is completely ridiculous considering that having that much ram when the game first game out was a great thing...so please, optimize the GLOBAL version of pubg mobile for low ene devices, if u dony want people using 3rd party apps this is good for both the developers and the players

We are scrims/ tournament host . Since new update , the players who play are tournament are complaining about various types of glitches including bullet not registering, ping fluctuations, desync inside rooms. Everyone having problems when you shoot the enemy but no hit registration and you get killed? Also ping fluctuations where suddenly it's 400 ms? Just so you know, Tencent did it on purpose to make the game fair for low end devices (90 fps vs 30fps) and people with slow internet. Get used to it, this is the new normal.

Fix the hit registration bug. It's been here since the first day of season 18. It's in all guns, not only snipers, shotguns and pistols.
(Idk if I already uploaded it but 2 mins ago that I tried it disappeared and my slowmode is on 0 idk what happened)

Hi,
I want to report a problem
1: where i put the ads and lean modes both of them on hold but it seems that most of the time even when i release the aim or lean button they seem to keep ads'ing and i have to double tap to release the aim. Its frustrating especially when you want to quick scope out or lean out quick and back. Im playing on Realme 3 pro.
Please fix this problem.

2: The grenade keep throwing on its own even when holding it down. It has become frequent recently. Pls fix this too.

When i am entering all telent championship match there was a pre match cheak for fair competition and every time they are telling me that my account has security risk. But i don't use any kind of 3rd party apps or cheat . My device is full fresh.

When I open crates theres a chance it says:
"Unable to purchase item".
It takes the UC used to buy the crate(s) but gives me nothing.
The devices I play on (The bug has happened to both) are the
Samsung Galaxy Tab A
and the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G.

People Crate crew and playing All Talent Championship for 2 think.

To train and improve their Esports Career.
To get All Talent coin and redeem items.

Previous versions of crew and it's future was awesome really good, but this new version of crew and it's future not good and lot of misunderstanding.

Problem 1 - cannot complete chicken veteran Achievement.

Problem 2 - at All Talent Championship only mention we get 100 talent coins as participation reward for 1 week.
But when we played each match we got talent coins but how much? and how its calculating? did not mention anywhere.
Today i come 2nd place with 5 kill in a match but did not got any talent coins past few match its been like that, I'm not getting any more talent coins. After 250 talent coins collected it's stop and no one getting anymore..

Please forward this do developer team and please mention this type of Important details next time on (?) or rules. So we can understand.

I know developers work hard for us. We are not complaining, we are requesting. Thanks

Please try to help us out and get this one patched quicker than the last one. Tip: REMOVE Exoskeleton from the game and you dont have any issues with speedglitch ever again! This is ruining Metro for so many

5181243904 - The Netherlands but i currently play on NA - WiFi / 4G(KPNNL). As you can see in my demonstration video, by selecting the Exoskeleton as my first attachment on the vest, and then adding one more Exoskeleton in my backpack, i can spam the equip button and my speed goes up and up. All the way to 100 if i want to, creating the same old speedglitch story, we call this one 3.0. Please just remove Exoskeleton from the game, even if you patch this one, there will be a 4.0 within a day. (Watch my movementspeed go down first and then go back up after it reached 0% i can keep going to 100%)
