Please i beg you, please and please fix the shotgun glitch when you use dbs or s12k and if you press fire button rapidly, then it teleports you back to your position when you started to shoot. so for example i was shooting an enemy with s12k and i hide behind wall so i can reload, but then it teleported me back to the spot where i shoot s12k and i wasn't covered by wall and i died. i like the damage of shotguns but i can't use them if this glitch gets repeated. Look closer to the video, I hide behind the bridge to reload my gun, and it teleported me to near the bridge, meaning I wasn't covered so I died. No lie I was nearly at the chicken And just lost because of this stupid glitch. Thank you.

If so I heard we will keep our faction base items (steel front and one eye cobra) is that true? Will we have a new map? Will we be able to right dark ones and demons? Explanation: Metro Royale mode has still a lot of bugs, Night Vision and Thermal Sight bug which has been fixed has been evaded, and there are new ways to do the bug. I currently only know 2 ways in which the bugs can be reproduced. Then, since the last update, our gear (Vest, Helmet, Weapons, etc.) has stopped dropping, and people start playing with Full Lv. 6 gear which makes it insanely unfair to new players. This has become an issue since it causes the gameplay to become terribly unfair and is no longer fun. Though I do play it, it doesn't feel entertaining to see my poor team with Lv. 3 gear get absolutely shredded by teams with Full Lv. 6 gears. Multiple new locations in which people can bug out of the map and into the radiation zone location in map 2 which has 2 openable boxes with Tier 3 (From Rare to Mythic) loot. The bug also works in the third map, though it doesn't allow you to get in. In the underground area, there is also a place where you can bug (at the monster area, like the disappearing one) under the map, where you will be teleported straight to the top of the floor, allowing you to leave the underground in such a crude manner. There are multiple spots in the radiation zone where you can bug out of it as well. Also, confirmed unreproduceable movement bugs, which can increase your speed, such as proning speed, crouching speed, and knocked-down speed, where you can move as fast as if you're sprinting. I've just found out about this, and though I've never experienced so, people in my team have, and it looks a lot like movement cheats. Also, with lower graphic settings on high-end devices, you can avoid the green smoke in the radiation zone, giving you half-clear sight to your surroundings, while having 60+ fps, which gives advantages, especially with the thermal sight against players.

And

While cheator chooses to hide his carrier result atleast we should know last played match time and date so that we know is he still actively playing and cheating

My feedback on the Korean PUBG version:

I think this box is absolutely cheeky, I have all the skins on different accounts and spent over 10k uc per weapon and then I see something like 10 weapon skins for 480 uc why do they get the weapon skins for free and why do we have to spend huge amounts of money on a weapon ?
In addition, the same with more material per weapon you get 3 materials which would be 30 pieces from this box

I understand that both apps are different but not what I wrote above.
Maybe the team can pass my request on here.
In any case, it would only be fair if something like that doesn't happen again.

A bug in training mode which I have been encountering a lot.

In a nutshell, it sends me underwater whenever I enter training mode and I am stuck there until it gets fixed automatically by itself in a while. I could live with it, but it's a bit of a time waster.

Lvl 2 Vest ans Lvl 3 vest Block Slr 8x & 6x sight when prone. this vests also block sight of m24 with 8x(8x only). This bug doesn't happen to full body outfits because they don't show the vest.
Hope you fix it in the next update here is slr video for example.The device doesn't matter it happens to other players and is armor placement bug. i reccomend making the inner part of the vest transparent. ( i don't suggest making it dissapear while scoped it will bring more bugs and might appear time to time).

The mission "Threat From Above" in achievements is bugged. Even after several tries PUBG failed to refister my drop in the Collosseum in Monte Nuevo, Miramar. All other drops locations took 1 try and registered properly but this one isnt working, i first landed in the deepest inside area, then the secondary layer and the third aswell, i even landed outside just incase, i stood there for 5 mins to make sure the game registered it, i even killed another player who seemed to be trying the mission aswell. I didnt exit match after droping there, i dont want to lose my tier. Please help me. Other people on reddit has been complaining about the issue

I have an issue in the game regarding Server Change.
Earlier, I was trying to join a public room, and at the top of the menu, there was an option with a list of servers, and I selected North America by accident.

Unlike the 'Basic' tab from the Settings menu, there was NO WARNING regarding the irreversibility of the action, and it just put me in the North American server for another 60 days.

Hello @sick widget here are few issues add feedback I'd like to provide.
Issues and feedback below.

  1. After playing a couple of matches i face issues with gyroscope it starts working in reverse order.
  2. The training ground should be one click enter. Why do we have to go over cheer park to enter training ground? Or why don't you make the training ground and cheer park the same place?
  3. Please keep the gun game for the entire week not for weekends only.
  4. Please bring back the night mod in erangel and livik and keep it permanent its fun to play at night mod.
  5. Unlike the KR version we also should have 2-3 default lobby backgrounds so we can choose frequently.
  6. In crate opening sections, sometimes when the animation starts it suddenly stucks on the screen and the game has to be re started.

Please help:( I was doing my usual night of gaming at the start of December when after a domination of which my team won, I restarted and got a one day ban message upon reopening the game. My rank was reduced to bronze. This is a totally unfair and a false ban, I have never and would never cheat in any way. The reason stated “Violation of user agreement”, this is factually incorrect. I have read the full user agreement and I have not violated any terms. I can’t believe this is how a loyal, honest player is treated. One who spent their hard earned money on the game despite the plague of cheaters. I can’t get any response via in game methods or emails. I may have worked my way from bronze to Ace again but the system in place is unfair and banning innocent players. The issue is reported everywhere but no one I have spoken to gets any real acknowledgment or anything done about it.

Looking for any news on metro royale. Yea I love metro royale so might as well report some bugs since in game don't work. On the third map, top right where the dam like structure is, you can jump out of the map and snipe radiation people. If you have a thermal quipped to a weapon, put weapon with scope on away and scope in at the same time, if it works you should have perma thermal vision until you ADS (also works for night vision goggles). At Yasnaya PD, on the two little staircases that lead into the back of the main building, coming from the burrow, if you walk into the right side of the left staircase, depending on which direction you go you will teleport in the house, in boss area, halfway up boss entrance in house or 2nd floor. If you put exoskeletons in a vest (any level) and load into a game, remove the vest and put it back on to boost your character speed (can get stuck in the air when jumping around). In the second and third map, in the room where the underground shop is. If you hop onto the crates by the fence in that room, you can hop over and glitch to the top

There's a glitch where the ADS sensitivity doesn't sense you movnt your scope no matter how high the sensitivity is. Also there's a quick scope glitch where you can't swap scopes cuz it thinks you're still using your old one. Example I use m762 holo and m416 6x and when I swap from m7 to m4 it thinks I'm still on m7. The bugs only fix next round.

The One-Eyed Cobra and Steal Front Armour in Metro Royale is bugged and only has 2 attachments slots in the menu. However, it has 3 attachments slots (as it should be) in the game, so I brought by refined steal plate in my bag and attached it at the start. So many times, I join someone to play TDM or arcade, they immediately change to Classic and press start. Sometimes the match making is instant and I don't have a chance to press cancel.

Hello,
I started a game in the royal metro mode on pubg mobile on January 1st at 7:30 am (French time) the loading screen to join the game appeared, this one has to be fully loaded but I found myself on the main menu (outside of royal metro mode) without even appearing on the maps, causing all my equipment to disappear: '(
There was the helmet, armor (with 3 storage satchel adjusted) and level 6 package, an upgraded m249 with x6 scopes, fitted steel front slr, with x8 scope, fitted silencer, adjusted extended rapid charger (sniper type), inclined telescope and adjusted butt comb.
In the package were 60 ammunition 7.62mm explosive, 100 ammunition 5.56mm explosive, 2 first aid kit, 2 syringe of adrenaline, 2 painkillers, 4 energy drinks.
I accept to lose all this equipment if i lost in a part, but because of a bug it's annoying.
Would it be possible to do something about my lost equipment?

hi i have enormous problems with mic and sound glitches with mic when in all maps all game modes i have to mute myself always to hear proper game sound for example directions and so on it leads to i can never communicate with my team properly this problem occured after ios 14 and its been along time and many updates and still no improvment its a big let down to the players experiencing this i have this problem both on 11 pro max with belkin adaper for charge and 3,5mm sound and also same problem in my ipad pro 2020 11 inch i have many many friends who have same problem in scrims tournaments and especially apple players fix this so we dont have to struggle with this issues anymore.

Hello, my ID is 539707197. My device I use is an IPhone X as well as a Oneplus 5T(alternate between the two). I normally play with WiFi and I am from the United Kingdom. I’ve been playing since season 1. Recently I tried to join a streamers custom room hosted in Asia. When I tried to join, it was full, and going back to lobby I noticed my server had been changed to Asia and is now locked to it.

I thought after one of the updates, my server had been locked to whatever I was playing in already, Europe, but I’m guessing it was unlocked all this time. I tried contacting customer support in game but I received automated replies, and I also emailed to which I got another automated reply saying to go back into game support, and closed the case immediately after that.

If there is any way to fix this please help as I did not make this change willingly in my settings, and my WiFi spikes a lot even in Europe, so I do not want to play in Asia regularly where this can happen and people can report me for glitching out or lagging etc.

There's tow bugs need to be fix.

  1. TDM broke : can't play like the map and player are not randering but only my character can move like normal but i can't see enemy and teammates (this is everytime when play TDM) and worst part? So, what people doing atm to get cheating benefits ... Example: Playing main account, and adding as friend another account (Wile on another account doing just spectating and enabling X Ray Vision hack) - It sucks really.

There are literally a billion glitches in this game and is ultimately unplayable to me.

The glitches I've discovered happening JUST in ONE day are in the following;

• In the game mode 'Gun Mode', my gun mostly disappears after I respawn, and as a consequence; I am empty handed. It makes it nearly impossible to fight with other players who actually receive guns while I am empty handed. This glitch also occured in the Team Deathmatch mode.

• Sometimes, the game is delayed; whenever I click a button or try to shoot an enemy, it's like my ping is 900, but it is actually under 40. It's really annoying to play like this, because, for instance, I have my gun inside my backpack and I find an enemy all of a sudden and try to pull it out but it takes literally upto 5 seconds to process the click and same goes with other buttons (even though my ping is 38-50 always).

• Whenever I enter training mode, I get stuck underwater for like a minute straight until it gets fixed by itself.

• I don't know if this is a glitch or not but as a claw player, my fire button is on the top right. And whenever I play War Mode, the leaderboard thing (I am not certain of what it is called but it shows whether I'm in first place or not) blocks my privilege to fire at my enemies A LOT of times, causing me to die.

• This one is also in war mode, sometimes I wouldn't get a gun when I'm landing, this report is similar to the ones in Gun Mode.

To buy 99.99 dollars worth of UC in-game you are sky-rocketing the exchange rate by almost 40%
For example, and as the pictures show, the official exchange rate is 3,478 pesos for each dollar, while in game it’s 4,799 pesos for EACH dollar!

This is totally unfair and a way to earn more than the real worth of 1 dollar per transaction

Feedback many people are having their accounts taken so they can’t log in and other people are using them. There is an easy fix. Set up security questions like banks have that only the user would know. Then they can enter their ID and answer security questions and get their account back from people who steal their account and have no idea what security questions are because they live far away.

was "auto"pickup meant to be like that ? it be acting kinda weird after the last update , for example if u have an extended quickdraw on one of your gun and your second gun also an AR needs a mag , when u run over an extended quickdraw mag the autopickup wont highlight it coz apparently u already have one. so basically the new pickup mentality seems to be , if u have one u dont need another one.

So basically cheer park is bugged, or maybe a type of clothing. When I battle against players, they'd always have the default clothing that you'd normally start with when you first play the game. I always have to resort to using my fists, because guns dont work against them. Its like they just covered themselves with pans, but you don't actually get to shoot them since the bullets go through them like air. You need to either remove the default clothing or completely change it up/fix it, because i'm pretty annoyed trying to fight people and then just losing after, like I have to run away or use hand to gun combat.

Cheer park "rune partner" mission needs to be reworked. When I search for a rune partner, I get someone who already went out of cheer park (and always declines cheer park invite), so it's impossible to do the missions. We should be able to refresh our rune partner to someone who is already inside cheer park.

Also, there's a bug in cheer park that makes everyone look like they're wearing default clothes (yellowish shirt with stripes). Have to re-enter cheer park to fix it.

Also please add ranked TDM this season

PUBG MOBILE, fix your game please.
Lots of bugs that are evolving around cheer park at the moment as well as other aspects of the game. The following needs fixed ASAP.

  1. Cheer Park, other players all have the default outfit skins.
  2. 1v1 in cheer park is completely broken, I cannot shoot the enemy but the enemy can shoot me, how do you think this is logical.
  3. Incorrect Flag in Plane to which the player has set.
  4. Teammates names are showing in completely random areas on the results page after completing a match in classic mode and OR Evo Ground.

Please read this and send this forward to your development team, as the in-game support you can never talk to a real person it just gives you (faq) frequently asked questions, which is not very helpful. Thanks for your time.

I tap very fast with the m16a4 but it shoots very slow i would suggest to decrease the fire rate limit
Sometimes some DMR guns have this problem too while tapping very fast the gun james cause of the fire rate limit.

Here are some bugs I have noticed since the update:
1.Rendering distance lowered resulting in low resolution for distant objects.
2. When using a 6x scope and reducing it to 3x the cross hair does not become thinner like it used to and the cross hair resolution is also low.
3. When carrying 2 ARs one of which has compensator and red dot... While passing over another red dot and compensator and extended mag, The auto pickup doesn't pick these things up.
4. Overall graphic performance in low end device seems to have been downgraded which is kinda bad.
5. The game for some devices automatically exits.
6. Desync issues when shooting enemy players.
7. The game let's you download HD sfx pack but doesn't allow you to use it...
8. When using mixed scope in option... Trying to hold to scope gets glitched and results in tap to scope which continues throughout the game preventing players from hold to aim.

2nd time this happened, so it's a reoccurring bug. Happening after the new metro update.
Sometimes after finishing a Metro game (screen after evacuating, saying earnings etc), and pressing "continue" to go back into the metro lobby, the game will crash while on the loading screen.

I have big issue and this issue between Midasbuy and PUBG mobile

It's start when i purchase UC from Midasbuy on 9 Jan 2021 amount 60 UC at 3:50 PM and everything good, after 8 hour from purchase PUBG banned me because (illegal trade item) !

I have a stable 4G data, able to watch YouTube vids at 1080p60 without buffering, but why when I try to play PUBG, I always get 900+ ms ping? My default serv is Asia, average ms is 20 ~ 50. But sometimes it just kinda goes above 900 and not to mention I died a lot halfway through match. Fix the server lag problem please

Hello, my name is Israel and I want to report a problem in the game and about the game, first things first I have the same problem from a year ago when I go to see the world chat, local, etc. Below is a little flag that you enter with a team to play, because I do not get any invitation to join the NA server, I get a few and they are from other servers and I do not want to go 200 more, I have already reported the problem 3 times I did everything they told me to do and nothing has been fixed, I waited for two updates because the problem I have before erangel 2.0 and nothing I have not done anything and something else about the game before when I just started playing I could play in FPP or TPP without any problem entered quickly but now that I want to play in FPP I have to literally wait more than 25 minutes if I am lucky if not because I have to start over and that makes me want to not play because I'm already tired to play in TPP, another thing when you play fast games in scuad the companions are from other countries, most of them are from India and I am on the North American server and I want to give an opinion and that is that they make a whitelist where they order all or most of The players where they should go because the new ones do not know how and they can ruin the game experience, others are toxic and begin to kill each other or do not revive, I know it is a lot but it would help NA to play with people from NA and those of SA with those of SA and so on with the servers. And the last thing their roulettes are a scam they do not care about the players they care about the money if there are people who make videos giving opinions or criticizing the game mysteriously they receive a strike they do not take into account the players they ban without explaining the seasons, the RP , and most of the skins are from past seasons and some are too expensive to obtain.

Dear PUBG Feedback

I have big issue and this issue between Midasbuy and PUBG mobile

It's start when i purchase UC from Midasbuy on 9 Jan 2021 amount 60 UC at 3:50 PM and everything good, after 8 hour from purchase PUBG banned me because (illegal trade item) !

PUBG think i'm use illegal payament method but i use legal mehod, i contact customer support in game and provide him all the details. ( Purchase amount, Date, and paid method) of the last 5 purchase, No one answer me or help me .

So i contact Midasbuy to help me on enail and facebook support because they are the website that i use to buy Items they answer me and take all the details to verify my details, After two days they verify my details and tell me the relevant team send the details to PUBG team to fix this ( I will send screenshot here for this)

4 Days without any help from PUBG support or reply and i don't know where i go to fix this miss understanding, My account from 17 Oct 2018 and i'm clean player.

Now i will send here the chat between me and PUBG in the game and Midasbuy

Note: I have the last 5 purchase bills to verifed i use legal method and the last two payment from midasbuy and the other from google play
