I am in favor of the server lock and I think it's really doing good to keep the leaderboards clean. HOWEVER, I think that making it to where you can't even view the leaderboard of other servers is stupid and pointless. I like to browse the leaderboard and see who's on top on other servers. Plz let us view other server leaderboards.

In this new update to the Royale Pass I accidentally switched my server to NA and was notified that I could not switch the server for 60 days, so instead of playing on a server that is not even mine, I started playing with friends who are from SA and was raising my patent normally. However today I saw that the score of the matches started to be counted for the NA server even though I am in matches on the SA server, I would like to correct this error of the score because I just changed the server by accident and I want my score normally on my real server which is SA, please help me with that because I'm not happy with the situation and I'm discouraged by the game because I want to play like this. Same happened to me and my friends from different countries. HI, I am playing Asia server with my friends since start of this season and reached crown 1 there, today I have played 5 matches out of which last match got counted under North America server but I was playing Asia. The leader of my team and other teammates can see that was an Asia server but for me it is showing north America in my career result and the ratings didn't increase in my Asia stats. Can you please fix this, I have compromised my sleep and playing tirelessly to reach conquerer but in this case I found some technical problem and expect the ratings getting transferred in my Asian rank. In pubg metro I lose all my ammo for the guns I bring but the ammo I brought for others stays if my guns don't use it's type. I also get disconnected and reconnect in metro and able to hear the enemy team that will push yasnaya pd.

On metro royal mod, if you don’t remove ammunitions of the weapons you’re holding (not speaking about the ones in backpack) it disappears.. with the price it cost it’s very unfortunate!

One other pretty annoying thing is not being able to move the modification setting tab while editing the controls layout (like on cod mobile).

Also with the last update came those new menu on top left of the screen while being on cheer park or on training ground. Many players use this location for the shooting button which makes it now impossible for most people using 4-6 finger to train properly because of those menu not movable!

When opening the inventory tab on the Metro Royale Lobby with a squad of four (sometimes three), one of the players tend to stack on top of another. This is annoying because I can't see the player's display. Then, when you open a box that's near a corner in a house, and you are crouching on top of it, as it opens, you'll not be able to move at all, and you'll be stuck there. I tried nading myself and asking my friend to revive me, it didn't work, and there doesn't seem to be any other fix for this, my friend had the same problem, and lost quite a ton of money because of this because we had to kill ourselves to get out, exiting to lobby will remove our stuff, so that wasn't a viable option. More and more bugged places, I and my friends have been bugged to death (literally had to kill ourselves so we don't lose all of our stuff) many times. Speaking of which, the World Chat is flooded with spammers, and is somewhat like a dating site, so please fix this ASAP. It's been a horrendous problem since season 6 and has yet to be stopped.

If your server is NA, Heres the answer:

This was intentional from the start. All final earnings will be counted towards each player's own region. Since you have the NA server selected, all addition or deduction of your points will take effect on your rank in NA, and not Europe, @opaque whale.

I have watched the Dev Log video carefully then selected my main Server to North America in starting of the season but my ratings got earned under Asia as I was playing with my friends from that server. It was totally okay, but yesterday all of sudden it stopped getting counted under Asia and started to get counted under North America from platinum 4, which is very shocking and sad.
I am waiting for the response, My server got selected as North America when new season started, but I am playing Asia and reached crown 1 there. Yesterday after playing 2 matches in Asia my next matches are getting counted under North America but it wasn't same in starting. I seek help to either change my server to Asia or transfer my ratings (crown 1) earned so far in Asia to North America if there was a technical problem. Please implement loadout max capacity for basic map.

Hi Team,

I am writing this email towards an error which I have been facing today while logging in my PUBG mobile account. I am getting an error that I need to download the PUBG MOBILE client app from the App store and my account is locked for now. May i know the reason for this action? I play my game on my mobile which is iPhone X and there is no way i can install a cracked version or sideload the app on an iPhone or iOS. I am a genuine and normal player who does not use any kind of illegal or wrong methods to play the game. You can watch all of my gameplays and there is certainly some error which has caused this issue. I tried to contact your customer support via 'contact' option within the app but nobody responded which is extremely disappointing.

I landed in Georgopol and I found a flare gun luckily. Then later on I kept looting and I found another flare gun inside that container. I picked it up and the flare guns multiplied and I ended up with 4 flare guns laying on the ground with no ammo to call in the super air drop. 😭 Please fix this, I was really disappointed and sad that it happened.

In Metro Royale, the Thermal sight seems to not work sometimes, as it doesn't show my enemies, though it always works on my teammates. Besides that, the critical bug can cause a lot of people to think these people using the bug are cheaters. When equipping the Night Vision Scope or the Thermal Sight, you can scope in, and quickly use the quick scope change to switch scope or unequip it. This will leave the effect as a permanent effect, which for the Night Vision Scope looks like the Night Vision Helmet (or whatever the name was) and thus allowing you to use a helmet all the while. Same works with the Thermal Sight, which makes it cheat-like (if it doesn't have any bugs either) and should be banable. I've tried this bug and experimented with it (for testing purposes), and I found some severe bug in it. While having a Canted Sight on, you can scope in and switch to your Canted Sight, and the effect will disappear, even after you unscope and change the scope back to main. You can make the effect re-appear by scoping in using the canted sight, and switching it back to main in-scope. This is serious abuse, and should be fixed immediately, since many people are using it, including those who are getting to the top ranks really quickly as this gives the players with knowledge of the bugs an advantage to every single other players. I've been killed by people using this bug as well. This also shows on the spectator mode which I confirmed by spectating my friend using the bug.

I don’t know if anyone else has this problem with the game, but every once in a while when entering a match my character gets stuck in place before the plane; I can’t move whatsoever (character also stays stuck in place upon landing). I usually either have to leave the match before the plane, restart hoping I can still enter the same match, or get knocked and revived to even be able to move around. It kinda sucks, but hope there is a way pubg support can look into it.

Metro feedback:

  1. When sending a message to team chat in metro, say the text in a speech bubble (like regular mode does)
  2. Let us view player profile/spaces while in metro. Why do I need to exit metro just to access player profiles?
  3. Show our own mic icons to know if our mic is working
  4. Include metro mode in completing clan training missions and energy

Metro bugs:

  1. Viewing players equipments is glitchy. You have to tap multiple times for the equipment to show up properly (to not be invisible).
  2. When viewing players equipment, their attachments are always a random color and not actually what they have
  3. When players join and leave, they can get glitched into another person in the lobby
  4. When in a metro squad, one of the icons on the right side are not translated (they are Chinese or something)

Also, let us play at least 2 servers instead of only one.

Hello, the Livik map is really awesome but, the one and only problem is map rendering issue while parachuting. This issue is mainly faced by 2GB ram-3GB ram users. The blurred map or non-rendered map is hard for hot-drop and intense fight. This doesn't occurs while jumping and gliding to a place of 900Meter distant.
To avoid this I have a solution. Increase the altitude of flight, so the phone or device may get more time to process and render the objects and the map. Hope the team got my idea and fix this soon..

@clear crystal when are you going to post official statement about this ridiculous bug? one of my crew member got banned twice for nothing! first time he got 1 day ban then, he deleted the version and reinstall it again but he got 3 days ban ! now he is afraid of getting 10 years ban because of this bug. he was pushing for conqueror before you reset his account. every one who got affected by this bug should get his tier point back or get compensated for your mistake. Theres a bug, can't get it to keep reoccurring but whenever you invite someone to your team sometimes the microphones for either player doesn't work anymore, theres a microphone icon, but you can't talk to each other
I've had this bug on three different devices, an andriod (Can't give specification) an 6th generation IPad, and a Windows 7 laptop (Emulator) I live in the US, I use Wifi and have been using wifi for all these devices. I'll have to check my user ID number.

(Everything else works fine, TeamSpeak and Discord were 100% ok and there were no microphone bugs which means this is a PUBGM bug)

I need to know if this video is saying that my rank will transfer to my new server selection or if it means that my rank will change. I spent the past 4 days grinding 50 hours in duos on EU. I need a teammate and my friend on NA wanted to rank with me. I switched my server to NA and my rank from EU did not transfer. I’m now starting over from gold and wasted 50 hours of my life since I cannot switch back to EU. I live in Europe but I’m from America and I’ve played most seasons on NA. I’d rather play on NA since that’s where my friends are and was only playing EU for better ping. I would just like to keep my rank that I worked so hard on. Mods on this discord server assured me that my rank would transfer with me and directed me to this “dev log” video as proof. In game customer service also told me that they are “working to fix it” but also said that they can’t say how long it will take and also will not directly tell me if I’ll ever get my rank back. Although the dev log announcement did not mention anything about transferring of tier points from server to server, we understand that some players may have been confused with the wording, and that is something we will bring with us so to be more clear when making future announcements.

Since you have the (server you have selected as your main server, for example, Asia), server selected, all addition or deduction of your points will take effect on your rank in Asia, and not any other server.

A couple of days ago I contacted the internal support of the game explaining that my account was changed to the Asian server without my consent and they told me that they would reset the cooldown and that I needed to wait a bit. Days went by and it took me a message from the costumer service saying that they had already reset my cooldown, but when I checked if I could change the server it still couldn't, I tried restarting the game to see if it was fixed and the cooldown was still on. Now I don't know what to do because when I contact the costumer service to explain my problem to them, they just won't let me ticked them for "changing server" and I can't contact them as I suppose I already did it once and it was "a unique opportunity". Now I cannot contact Customer Service nor can I change my server, I need help with this, it is incredible that they have made me wait literally days for NOTHING.

The desync and lag in this game are getting so bad that you can waste half your mag on a moving guy and it will only show the blood, no damage. Last night, I sniped a bot with a Kar98k and it shows the blood, but no damage. Furthermore, in TDM, this makes it even harder for low-end devices to compete against higher-end devices. Now, low-end devices have no chance of winning most battles because of lag, desync, rendering, and low frame rates.

In metro when you're putting items from your warehouse into your backpack, you can't put any items in when the entire stack of items exceeds your bag space. Since I can hold 630 weight and I have 88 first aids in my inventory, I can't even store one first aid in my back because the game puts like the entire 88 first aids in your bag then take 87 out to get you the one you want

There is a bug that freezes if certain actions are taken when certain conditions are met on some android devices.

The screen ratio is longer than 16: 9 (like the recent notch)
They are denying microphone privileges from PUBG MOBILE.
They are using certain keyboards that are not full screen (such as Google keyboards)
Press the microphone button on the left side of the keyboard to freeze the game.

I'm facing a problem where whenever I toggle on mic in-game, the whole sound goes muffled and approximately 50% lower. i discovered this error after getting a 10 year ban without explanation.

turns out if i have both WiFi and Cell enabled on my iPhone it will sometimes a rapidly switch between them which i believed cause PUBG to think i was hacking.

Hi, i think you might have already heard about this but, metro doors when you open it (coming out or entering) you won't get damaged, so some people stay in that zone and keep opening and closing the door while others die in the zone, they don't get damaged. I hope you can make this game a fair place for all, a solution to this problem could be closing the metro doors down when they are in the zone, so that people can only exit and not enter again when they're in the zone.

another problem is that while my ipad language is englishand I live in Sweden and pubg menu is in english, the name of victor character exp in menu after game is in chinese, would appreciatei it if you could kindly fix this problem as well.

Reposting for the million times,
I have been suffering from this Matchmaking problem for two months now. I cannot play Miramar, Sanhok or Vikindi. It gives me 5-7 minutes and never enters a game. But when my friends press start, the game enters immediately.

1- My merit is full.
2- I think that despite my server is EU, but the game matches me in ME server.
