NEW Bugs in update 1.1 I've encountered are:

•Can't move or edit the exit button of vehicle
•Quick switch scope bug. Which when you use for example 4x on you main gun and red dot to second weapon and swith to your extra red dot, it uses the secondary red dot attached to the second weapon not the extra one.

Things experience in pubg Mobile
1.Framedrops in Poco F1 and LG G7 thinQ

I since season 15 started I have been playing at 200-300ms in Europe server but used to get 20ms i would get matched with other Africans im from SOUTH AFRICA please bring back the southern african server(i have reported this ping issue Since September using Survey Gizmo but it doesnt seem its getting fix )
Im tired of this lag now 😭 i know africa isnt a big community for pubg but it could be if There was a server to play on people might join pubg from other games like Call of duty mobile players
the other issue is about devices i use a phone that supports 60fps and possibly 90fps but i still lags what does this mean for people using lower devices/Chipsets e.g 765G snapdragon will they experience this lag as well for someone to enjoy the game they have to own Razor phone 3 ,latest IPHONE,Red magic 5G etc not that many people who spend on the game own expensive devices please optimize the game based on those lower end devices so when It arrives to us with better devices There wont been an Issue we all understand androids are not fully optimizes but Make the able to play smoothly on android

My controls keep getting messed up..
They just keep shifting and getting misaligned..

I've had to clear all my 3 Custom Layout controls and remake them from scratch 4 times...

And it has just happened 2 times again today...

Controls messed up, and then I restart and if I'm lucky, they go back to normal... If not, then I have to redo the controls...

Hi, exit button for vehicles don't work properly. In new driving settings is button fixed and can't be re-positioned in place I used to have it. But why is exit button still in normal controls then? Plus can't change transparency of sprint in second button loadout?

Since the update I have had a bad change in my scope sensitivity and recoil. And my scope recitals keep changing size what should I do I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it keeps happening I’ve even uninstalled the update and put it back on?..

I once extracted and everything I got suddenly went to my inventory, causing it to go way over capacity, 62/60, also resulted with it being unscrollable, I then sold what the things that I didn't need, restarted, still unscrollble and now I cant drag equipment from my warehouse to my Inventory.

Thought maybe it's because I was in a group, so I left my group, went out of Metro Royale, then restarted.

That managed to fix it ;)

2.) Inventoru UI is the only thing that is Choppy. Like real choppy. I mean, It does the job, But it is So Laggy, especially when opening my bag and dragging inventory to my warehouse and vice-versa.

thay is very awkward since everything else, The blackmarket, going to the train to talk to people, is smooth as a snoopdog rap.

So please patch it up, Loving the Metro Update by the Way, Competition is Very Fierce! Both enemy players and Bots are all dangerous, Can't wait for Chapter 1!!!

Report BUGS

  1. Fix the Exit button in vehicle Control settings. We can't change it. Make it changeable.

  2. We cannot increase loot in advance room, not even in Tournament Rooms.

  3. While Riding a Bike if you make your bike fly you can't make your bike lean downwards or upwards.

  4. Lobby Screen inventory is laggy, serious fps drops.

  5. When you're scrolling friends list, the friend list resets itself and goes to the top. It keeps on happening always.

Those Were the Bugs.
Now, How is the Game for Peace so smooth and not laggy but pubgm lags so much when there are many people alive in the last zone.
Make the game optimized for android devices like it is optimized for iOS.
Even if you have a high end android, your frames go down if there are many players alive near you.
I've seen chinese players playing tournament games with android phone that is older than mine but still runs smoothly without frame drops in Tournaments when there are many players alive.

My pubg mobile was updated or something and now my exit button while driving is right next to the direction buttons so I accidentally clicking it.
When I go to driving layout the exit button is Greyed out. And if I go to controls layout the exit button is in a completely different location.

Please fix the terrain, there’s a lot of glitches and enemies can hide under the ground, especially near fort there’s a lot of terrain issues. I’m facing, a problem. So basically before the 1.1 update my recoil was basically zero I’m a 90 FPS player,(iPad-pro,2020) i updated to 1.1 and my 1st problem is that my sensitivity is the same as 1.0 but it’s all messed up and literally is awful. So did the scopes all get a nerf ? Because they must’ve the 3x has a bounce I can’t get off no matter what I do to my sensitivity and if I try to single tap let’s say an enemy is behind a tree 159 meters away my scope renders and I can’t swipe smooth to be able to hit the guy... the red dot, keeps changing size it’s the strangest thing. The 4x is trash it also has a bounce I can’t get off no matter what I do. I see all these YouTubers playing after the 1.2 update and they have zero recoil and there scopes are fine so how does that make sense!!. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it twice in very good wifi, I’ve uninstalled and re installed the update twice and I’ve cleaned my game from the log in page 4 times will pubg fix this Because they caused this by updating the game to a worse version. And the graphics have had a major change the frame drop is pathetic I’m playing in the best device possible and I’m still getting lag on my screen and I know it’s not my device it’s this new update because it was fine during 1.0... if a community member reads this please fix my account or at least consider fixing the issues I have just stated.

I've spotted an annoying bug that wheneve I'm modding my guns in Metro Royale, I buy an attachment and press equip, then there would be a new attachment on my inventory, at first I thought It's a buy 1 take 1 thing but then I noticed that some of my other guns attachment we're missing.

So the bug is that whenever you purchase and equip an attachment, what would happen would be that another similar one attached to your other gun in the warehouse would be removed.

Hello, @raven burrow. This bug is caused by the Dexterous talent. Do not upgrade that talent for the time being since it will not allow you to open loot boxes in Metro Royale.

Remove your talent points from the Dexterous talent and use it to upgrade something else. This should fix it.

Please fix metro, there’s so many things wrong with it, I’ll list below.

Hackers: Even with this security inspection on the loading screen there still seems to be hackers because me and my teammates saw a hacker yesterday with his aim locking on me. Also, there wasn’t any option to spectate the said hacker because the mode is in beta and they haven’t added any option to see your death replay or spectate and report the hacker. So, I couldn’t report them. Please fix this issue and do what was said in #news cause it really doesn’t seem like your system rigorously detects players that are able to lock onto opponents or their heads. Really doesn’t feel like you have enhanced the detection of cheating.

Glitches: There are a few glitches on the new map, such as near fort which needs fixing. Enemies can hide under the floor and shoot out of it and you can’t shoot them cause they’re under cover. There’s also a glitch at fort where you can go under the ground and glitch so you end up in the little water area where that sea creature is located. There’s also a lot of hill glitches and such a bad terrain.

Talent glitch: The open boxes faster talent is glitched, it won’t let you open any boxes if you have it equipped. This also needs fixing because it’s annoying. Every player that reports a cheater and results in the cheater getting banned should receive the feedback mail that confirms the player they reported was banned. Not doing so results in the Ban Pan achievement not being able to be completed. I’ve reported 2 players and both were banned, but I still haven’t been able to complete that achievement because the game isn’t sending me the feedback mail.

The skill that shortens the time to open crates is bugged. Once applied, you can open one crate then the rest of the game you can't. If you try to itll run through the count down but not actually open and not allow teammates to open it as well

I was playing classic the other game , I was getting shot by a high ping player , he was teleporting and glitching everywhere.
I went into cover but he was continuously shooting at me for the past 7 seconds without reloading. After I went to cover she kept damaging me for 2 seconds.

I’m facing, a problem. So basically before the 1.1 update my recoil was basically zero I’m a 90 FPS player,(iPad-pro,2020) i updated to 1.1 and my 1st problem is that my sensitivity is the same as 1.0 but it’s all messed up and literally is awful. So did the scopes all get a nerf ? Because they must’ve the 3x has a bounce I can’t get off no matter what I do to my sensitivity and if I try to single tap let’s say an enemy is behind a tree 159 meters away my scope renders and I can’t swipe smooth to be able to hit the guy... the red dot, keeps changing size it’s the strangest thing. The 4x is trash it also has a bounce I can’t get off no matter what I do. I see all these YouTubers playing after the 1.0 update and they have zero recoil and there scopes are fine so how does that make sense!!. I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it twice in very good wifi, I’ve uninstalled and re installed the update twice and I’ve cleaned my game from the log in page 4 times will pubg fix this Because they caused this by updating the game to a worse version. And the graphics have had a major change the frame drop is pathetic I’m playing in the best device possible and I’m still getting lag on my screen and I know it’s not my device it’s this new update because it was fine during 1.0... if a community member reads this please fix my account or at least consider fixing the issues I have just stated. Brief Explanation: In the Metro Royale Mode, the Talent Upgrade Dexterous seemed to bug and not allow me to open any crates, this happened to several of my friends as well. When the counter reached 0.2 seconds (which is normal that it stopped), it didn't seem to open the actual crate. All of the crates didn't work at all and this resulted in me not being able to loot anything for several games straight until I realized it was the problem. That being said, any other Talent Upgrades works fine as far as I can tell, my Metro Royale Level is 16, so I had only one upgrade on Dexterous. And, picking up a Vest at the same time with another player, with the exception that both players are lagging (>75 ms), will result in neither player picking it up and it disappears. Also, with the inventory, if you are lagging (>100 ms) and you put an armor above your other armor (like, how you equip it in the inventory), it disappears, I tried unequipping it, relogging, reopening, changing connection and others, it didn't seem to fix it, due to these two I have lost about 2 Lv. 4 Vests and 1 Lv. 5 Vests. Then, for the Missions, also in Metro Royale, there are specific missions to "Survive for 20 min in a match x time(s)", this bugged out and sometimes I'm unable to finish this mission, though sometimes possible as well. Then another small bug is on the main screen as you open the game you are automatically redirected to the Metro Royale if you left it so and it bugged and when you have the end of season popup it stacks with the interface making it weird. There are other unconfirmed bugs which I will be adding as it's confirmed. Also some visual bugs like skin bug, where the weapon skin in your inventory will be the same as it's previous owner, but not really there. Glitch places in the map where you can glitch under the ground and into the walls.

Hackers: Even with this security inspection on the loading screen there still seems to be hackers because me and my teammates saw a hacker yesterday with his aim locking on me. Also, there wasn’t any option to spectate the said hacker because the mode is in beta and they haven’t added any option to see your death replay or spectate and report the hacker. So, I couldn’t report them. Please fix this issue and do what was said in #news cause it really doesn’t seem like your system rigorously detects players that are able to lock onto opponents or their heads. Really doesn’t feel like you have enhanced the detection of cheating.

Glitches: There are a few glitches on the new map, such as near fort which needs fixing. Enemies can hide under the floor and shoot out of it and you can’t shoot them cause they’re under cover. There’s also a glitch at fort where you can go under the ground and glitch so you end up in the little water area where that sea creature is located. There’s also a lot of hill glitches.

Talent glitch: The open boxes faster talent is glitched, it won’t let you open any boxes if you have it equipped. This also needs fixing because it’s annoying. Also, does the speed talent even work because I’m not noticing any difference in my speed? The one where you can run faster without any guns in your hand.

Teammate killing: Please do something about team killing, nothing seems to happen, I’ve had teammates grenade me before so I lose all of my earnings. This is unfair and they shouldn’t be left unpunished. I think the penalty should be really harsh. Same goes for teammates who see you knocked and are a few meters away but don’t even revive you, I’ve been team killed before and they just wait for me to die so they can loot my body and steal my mythic items. I’ll return to the lobby empty handed.

Sorry for posting again, I just added more ideas. This all applies to metro.

Ok first off, this update is wonderful for low spec phone player like me. The render is now instant compared to previous version which takes 30s or more. The movement is smooth.

The only problem (which very fatal for my game) is that the game "blinks" very often. During this blink, usually several part of the game get the colour changed like the tree leaves become red, grass become green, and sometimes there's line of RGB color in my screen during this blink. This happen anytime during the battle, though mostly during me running or looting. This blinks happen mostly while im outside of the zone when the blue zone start closing and get worse when im in redzone. Please fix this bcs it makes my game force close very often.

Also 90% of the time i always failed to enter cheer park. The game always force close in the middle of loading

Issue: Apple Plug-in headphones audio glitch, when microphones on and on push to talk, the overall audio of the game footsteps gunshots etc and your teammates voices drops/cuts in half. Can barely hear footsteps or anything. and that’s turning my phone volume all the way up. When you shut your microphone completely off, audio returns to normal. I am a streamer and my audience is based in Bangladesh as I am Bangladeshi. So, my audience always enjoys if I play in Asia server as I always get people from Bangladesh as my opponents & teammates and my ping is usually around 210-240. But after this recent update, I am being matched into all Vietnamese and Chinese lobby which is full of cheaters killing me from 300 meters away and my ping is usually between 312-368. This is unplayable for me at this moment and I really need to get back to the server that I was playing before. I am losing my viewers in my stream as they are not enjoying my game. And how could they? Because I can't even move in that high ping. I can't stream and I can't play and I am literally helpless. I have spent more than $15,000 in this game and now I can't enjoy/play at all. Please fix the issue as soon as you can otherwise it is going to be a very big problem for me.

Just watched that latest video. Some feedback on server locking.

This season will be my last to rank two servers, hitting Ace quickly means I usually do it again on another server, thereby spending more time in the game. With more time being spent in game i am more likely to spend money on UC,crates etc. With points only counting toward one server next season, I'm far less likely to be gaming as much.....after a couple of weeks ill have hit ace and be bored, therefore less time spent in game and also less money spent. Good for me, bad for Pubg. So from a personal point of view, thanks! From a business point of view this change has overlooked some pretty obvious things.

Also this joke about automatching then putting players of same region together,( like it does already) proposing it as a benefit to server locking and referencing how the EU region will have players of same language....you guys do realise how many languages there are in EU right?
Automatching in three years of playing never once put me with someone from UK or Ireland, despite having first language set to English, I would routinely get matched with Turkish, kurdish, emirates players etc etc who spoke little or no English.

So... suggestion ...add all the languages as options and also a country preference selection. I should be able to set my preferences for example as;
Language Pref1: Irish
Language Pref2: English
Country Pref 1: Ireland
Country Pref 2: UK

There's a reason why a lot of Uk/Irish play the NA server, language (and also less hackers).

My suggestions:
For security
1, list of last devices that are log in
2, add verification email/mobile phone (SMS is best, because only u can received this code)
3, able to log out from all devices by devices with verification
4, first log in of unknown device requires code of email/SMS ( it depends which kind of verification u have)
5, possibility to choose trusted devices - you dont need verification of second logging in ( trusted devices can choose only with verification)
For experience
1, possibility show profile in cheer park of another players (like RP levels,popularity,...) - everything that you can see if you search player's name
2, possibility to hide button of download on lobby (because someone doesnt have everything installed, or someone has low resource pack still has download button on lobby)

IT'S ONLY MY SUGGESTIONS. I HOPE IT WILL BE IN FUTURE

I don't see why playing Arena modes won't give us normal EXP or increase our account levels, Arena modes should increase both regular EXP (even if less than some other modes), and Evo EXP, it's unfair for players who prefer these kind of modes over classic and Arcade to be stuck with the same account level for seasons.
I personally hate looting and don't have the attention span for classic modes, so when I play this much Arena and see my account level won't increase while my friend's accounts do, this just discourages me from playing Pubg at all..

@hazy river I don’t think you’ve noticed but I have. I’m from Zimbabwe and when I play on Europe servers solo or duo with a friend in the same country. We get matched with people around Africa. When I play with people around the world. Eg nepal and America we play with people from Europe. The server is there in Europe but it’s not an official selection. You will also notice the ping when playing with people in Africa is around 50 or so but then with people around the world it’s 200 or so. The servers there but not there If you get what I mean. I may be wrong. Maybe a admin or someone else knows the truth but that’s what I’ve noticed. Plus it’s also not racist for a game to remove a server when it may actually be there 🤣

Please connect Gameloop lobby only with phoenix os, Phoenix os users cannot hack. All the hackers come from other emulators. We Are using low end pc's and we can't play on Gameloop. Connect Gameloop with phoenix os lobby once. There will be no difference. Phoenix Os is an android Operating system and the hack people can use is only with Game guardian that leads people to get banned after 4-5 mints. So please once try It, If It Isn't good, You can do it as it was before !

travelled to turkey and my region changed to vietnam but my home country
is pakistan so every time i try to change region back to pakistan they ask
for mobile number even if i insert my number and paste the code given by
pubg mobile an error pop up in (chinese ). Its says parameter error, and the reason we cant change our region is because old accounts are not having the option of set a password but new accounts have that option

Servers are lagging after the update + when i start game at checking updates it start to show downloading update for a sec and then vanished .Also in middle east server sometimes enemy start to lag like hackers and sometime shots doesn't rejister.
Spectator mode is also glitched we can't see enemies until they get knocked or our teammate gets knocked + we also can't hear the sound of footsteps in spectator mode .When we open inventory it lags alot .Kindly solve these issue ASAP

I loved the new update and the new mode metro royale! I was playing it 24/7 until I was finally ready to go on the 3rd mode which is the advanced one. It was full of hackers! I didn’t even see that much of hackers in classic mode like in this mode! Every game I played on that mode I got killed by a hacker ! Someone tried to kill me while I behind a wall from 300m! And when I tried to find another way I got killed by ANOTHER hacker using aim bot :/ . Every hacker I reported didn’t get banned not even one! Come on it’s a good mode but take it seriously with banning just like classic mode! And I am a good player and I can spot a hacker when I see one! I play PUBGM since 2017 and my level is 79 so don’t worry I can differentiate a good player from a hacker

You can easily fix this exploit but you wont because you are too busy making money, all global top players in squad and duo wins are using this exploit instead of actually playing the game. They just die in start, leave the games in bronze lobbies and their random teammates win the games for them , EZ chickens and really unfair for the players who actually play the game. There're lots of hackers that apparently have been around wreaking havoc in Metro Royale. It seems to be undetected, which is weird? Then there's also the game being unreasonably unbalanced. Movement speed effects in the talent doesn't seem to affect my speed nor does the speed decrease from equipment weight. Maybe it's because of it's small percentage? But if it's so, then it's pointless to have it in the first place. There're a lot of minor bugs that cause great damage to the gameplay, such as people being under the ground, being able to shoot up, but not us shooting down? The bosses are pretty weak, considering we can find glitched places or hidden places that gives you cover of over 90% of the boss's shots, imagine that, you only take 10 bullet shots that hit you every round of M249 they have. In addition to the Dexterous bug, I kinda needed the Sniper Damage Upgrade, but it requires Dexterous, so I'm not sure on how you'll address this. Underground, in the railroads, when you move it with two people cranking it up at once, it bugs and skips, freezes, and jumps around weirdly, this causes great problems when fighting underground campers. There are lots of other minor bugs that makes the gameplay extremely defective. Also, please debuff the Thermal Sight as it's a tad too OP for PvP battles.

I have a big problem with the new update that will affect my rating, which is that I have selected a (North American) server, but it appears in that it is in the Middle East.

when I enter my file I see it in the Middle East, but all of my friends when they enter my file they see it in North America!!!

Unexpected behavior:
Metro Royale mode presently removes entire inventory, armor, pack, helmet, etc.- only lockbox is safe, and gives "Warm Heart Gift Box" after exiting a match before it starts (inside 60 seconds, still inside forcefield) without warning. [screenshot 1]

Explanation:
I started a game with a friend, and two players from teammate search, my friend did not enter our match.

We waited until 15 seconds remained, and exited match using "Exit Match" dialog.

All items are gone from loadout. I am not sure if this is the expected behavior.

Suggested update:
Include warning text in confirm dialog "Exiting Match will empty/forfeit your loadout as a complete loss/failed evacuation, are you sure?" as this outcome is not explicitly covered elsewhere/in tutorials.

Notes:
Friend had a small "Offline" notation below his name, but was in fact online and actively chatting with the group. We had exited and re-entered the Metro lobby twice to attempt to correct this. He said I showed same tag on his screen. Friend DID enter A match as ours began, but not our match. He also had audio-bleed from another team on the same server, and he could hear them talking and fighting both through voice chat, and in game audio somewhere around 200m away. Friend successfully evacuated his game with loadout intact.

Addtl. Notes/Commentary:
I lost ~$3MM metro-cash (purchase price) of gear. This is at least 7-10 hours (or maybe 25 for an avg. player) of playtime to recover. I expect this would be unexpected and devastating for most players, since expected behavior for classic is no penalty if a teammate fails to load/exits. I'm also very sorry to say the two players from the teammate finder lost their gear as well. [Screenshot 3 for match details]

This morning when I bought the royal pass through the UC I had available, I made the purchase correctly but I assigned one of the two available suits without giving me options to choose one or the other. It clearly offers both of these options, but at no point has it given me the opportunity to choose the suit. Regardless of being a bug or not. He has assigned me the suit that I don't want. I have paid for a product that does not correspond. I need to change the suit or reset the royal pass to be able to select the suit that I want and not the one assigned by the game by default. The other day they also charged me for the monthly subscription and did not give me the service, forcing me to cancel the subscription, request a refund and subscribe again. I live in Europe and play at 20 ping levels on the European server. The ping on the Korean server is at 300 levels. I have always played in Europe server in the past and it increases the rank there. BIG BUG: I was here 2 months ago to get help, I reported this bug 2 months ago. This bug started when season 15 came out. Now season 16 has just came out. 2 months passed, and the bug is still here, I don't want to wait for 2 more months, or maybe more time, 6,8 months or maybe a year. I used to play the same sensitivity, I used to play like no recoil since season 7 to season 14, and then in season 15 it got bugged. While I'm spraying, my recoil is jumping/shaking to left and right, like I'm playing on gyro or earthquake. I'm a non-gyro player. I doesn't played bigger scrims/tournaments since S14 ended because of this bug. This need to get fixed fast. Setting new sensitivity is doesn't help, I tried and it's still the same bad, jumping/shaking.

First of all I'd like to thank the team behind the scene for the work they have put in to achieve certain goals, for their ideas, and especially that of what the players want through our feedback.

However as a player, and a member of this community I was disappointed in the recent change(s) made in "server match-making" update. As far as I know part of the community is happy about the new "server matching" update, and then there's the other part of the community that isn't happy about.

I will be critical of myself to look at things.
As a matter of fact it's true that the new update will provide less network lag for everyone to experience.

Pros & cons regarding the server switching restriction update:
▫️To ensure everyone experiences less network lag and has a better gaming environment (pro)
▫️ A player won't be able to meet/make new "random" friends outside their (selected) server region, unless you're friends with the person in game. Meanwhile one of Tencent's main priority is to connect users with each other, but with this new update it feels limited. (con)
▫️Players won't be able to RP rank anymore on other servers, than just to rank on the selected server where there is a higher chance they might lose their tier points due to certain RP missions which will be hard to complete due to the difficulties the higher you as a player reach a tier rank. (con)
▫️Many players aren't even aware of the update/restriction, and by accident they just switched the server for matching, and now they're stuck for 60 days because they've got no control over that to change back other than to wait for 60 days to change the server in the settings. How wil the PUBGM Team deal with this situation? (con)

I had to remove a few parts of this message due to Discord's characters limit. Besides that the channel has slow mode enabled, which makes it difficult.

I hereby request the PUBG Mobile Team to reconsider this.

So which is it PUBG? You do or you don't gain/lose points for your chosen server when playing with friends on a different one? Because on the video explainer PUBG released on Nov 15 it clearly states that if you play with friends on another server your points will get added to your chosen server. Here's someone's match results from today. Their chosen server is Asia and they played with a friend on NA. You can see the points they gained/lost are going toward an NA rank and not their Asia one.

The skin bug has been verified to also happen in the classic version of PUBG. Some new bugs has also been verified, though unreproducible, don't know what seems to be the problem, but sometimes bots and even the the boss doesn't spawn. This honestly wasted my time, and so did my teammates, which ended up in us losing and me losing a ton of gear. In Metro Erangel, the noise of people opening underground doors was very loud and can be heard clearly from far away. This caused people to instantly know if someone was going through the door and are very prone to door campers. And when the train leaves and arrives, since it teleports us, we keep getting stacked on other people for some reason? When we arrived at the next station, we got players from other teams already in the train and shot us as we arrived. Back to the Metro Royale, when you buy an attachment that you already own, equipped to another gun, and you equip that newly bought attachment, it pops the attachment off the other gun and equips that instead, leaving me confused with the new attachment saying new in the inventory. Also, when you are in a team with someone, and you leave (go to lobby), then you can't spectate them, saying "Spectator Limit Has Been Reached", this was tested several times, and it persists. Lots of minor bugs are still there, especially the one where you suddenly glitch below the map and teleport directly back up to the highest point thereof. This is highly likely to happen in YasnayaPD, and was very intrusive since I was suddenly teleported up to where my enemies can spot me easily. I won't mind if you need to contact me for further confirmation, just please get these fixed.

Hi, I have problems with my server. I was initially in europe server and i am pushing rank here. When my friend came to the account it changed to Asia. So i went to settings, i changed it back to europe. So i had already changed it to europe. But he wanted to play in his own server. So pubg allowed me to change back to asia....but when i did this. I got stuck in asia for 60 days. This is not good for me at all. This seems like a glitch that they let me change the second time. Which was done by accident. Please reset me back to europe.

please adjust bot’s health bar in metro royale, it it quite broken where they don’t even need a helmet, and they can still tank a few basic rounds of headshots from the repaired kar98k

also in metro royale, please fix the auto discard bug where equipped items may randomly drop when the inventory is full. It is annoying when 200k metro dollars worth of guns gets discarded right before a fight, happened to me multiple(like 3 or 4) times now

When going to the subway at the Elangel Metro Event, they sometimes get stuck on the ground instead of going underground.

When they get stuck, they can't move at all, but they can't be defeated by their enemies. They can only be damaged by grenades.

I was screen recording these situations, but the cause is unknown. If you want, I can post to a video site and share it.

I was playing with my friends on my device and they had it in Asia. When they got off I went to put it on North America which is the server I always played and it says it’s locked for 60 days!!!! I didn’t even get an option to choose North America. When I play I play North America because the other ones glitch to bad. Please help me change this back to the server I have always played. I reinstalled the game and it told me my current sever is Asia and I can change it by going to the settings. I went there and changed it to north America and it is still stuck on Asia.

Hi guys, is there any fix for iPhone 11 running iOS 14.2

I’m having problems with low muffled sounds my microphone being on with ultra/high even with earphones/headphones connected, this started happening with the new update on pubg, I’ve tried different earphones, reinstalling and to no avail it’s still the same end result, low sound, I’ve checked my settings it’s on full blast. If I’m using speakers, I can hear better than compared to my earphones even if it’s on full blast, anyone know of a fix?

  1. Adjust clan missions/training to include metro royale. e.g. kill from 100 meters, survive for 30 mins, heal 300 health; should be able to complete them in metro royale. Metro mode should also give clan energy for balanced clans.

  2. When viewing a player's seasons rank stats, we can no longer pick which server to look at (e.g. I play in Asia, my friend plays in NA and I can't view his server statistic)

  3. Honestly the server lock is a terrible idea. Let us choose at least 2 servers to play on instead of just one.

Spectating someone playing Metro Royale doesn't show in the map where their exit(s) are, and as spectators, we should still be able to see it, so that we can tell how long they're still going to play. There are also more bugs such as when we hit someone and either of us are lagging, it showed the blood effect like we hit them, but no hit markers, this confuses people to whether it hit or not. Upon disconnecting from a game in Metro Royale (quitting the app, or crashing), when you relog, it will kick you from the team, as you're forced to return to the main screen (?), if you're the leader, it will disband the team, otherwise it will say the same, but only kick you out of the team. This is messed up quite a bit and it sorta annoys me as well, as we'd have to re-invite everyone again. Also, in the radiation zone where the monsters are, it's quite common to see the monsters spawning incredibly late (>5 mins), or spawning in the walls. And then there's the "stuck" glitch, when I move near an object there's a chance that I get stuck, unable to move. I had to relog, drop one of my guns, and pick it up again to be able to move (??). The mission "Evacuate with supplies x times" seemed to bug out as well, it seems that more bugs are coming out rather than getting fixed. As my phone was crashing, and I relog quickly, I suddenly join another group's VC (in-game)? And when I try to fix it by re-turning on the VC sound (Disabling it, then changing it to "Team" again), I still can't hear anything. There is also a loophole to the 60 day server lock, when you play with your friend on a cross-server lobby and you can join the game in their server (the leader).

  1. Server lock is one of the worst ideas you have had, it ruins the gameplay for certain times, for example, thoose in the u.s. that play late or early and want to play in European servers and change it during the day because of matchmaking.
  2. Even if you are trying to protect the tiers, please make it so that guests can also tier higher than silver, it is going to get a lot of players to leave the game and i am one of those thinking about it
  3. I have not seen any protection whatsoever against hackers, my account has been hacked and now I can't play safely without my things getting changed around because one i am not allowed to have an account and two having more than one account is frustrating and a lot of passwords and things to remember
  4. Fix the bug where controls get resized and moved around, everytime I enter a match i have to change them midmatch and it is another thing that makes my eant to quit the game

Add something which can make it so you don't lose your items if you die like you can buy it from black market and it either saves your stuff or saves 80% or saves it completely the main point is you play for 3/4 days and get your hard earned stuff for example a level 5 vest and then die to a camper and lose it all, this is the main reason to why I don't play metro royale please do something.

Okay. So from previous seasons ive been noticing a problem with the Hit Register. The first time i experienced this was season 14. I headshot a bot which was standing still and it said it was a body shot. But i clearly hit the bot's head. Then at the end of the previous season. I noticed that sometimes when i snipe someone, I do not get a hitmarker but i get blood splatter. It then got worst this season. Where alot of the times my hits are not being registered, yet still im seeing blood splatter. I was recently playing a TDM match and the opposing team was losing. I picked up a Groza with a suppressor and shot the last person on the team in the head continuously in single fire but i was not getting hit markers, but my teammate with a pan. Was able to kill him and my headshots didnt. It appears that the hit register is currently broken and has to be fixed.

The graphics terrains characters are pixelated in lobby/classic/TDM but in arcade mode the graphics aren't blurry or anything, everything is fine.
Please let the devs fix the issue i think i pinpointed at least something, these choppy graphics are causing close encounter and in game stutters after the update.

Basically people have been recognising a method of changing their Server without waiting for a 60 days period, which is done by opening a ROOM
So you open a room select the server you want and just close the ROOM.
I guess that must be fixed ASAP!!!

Server lock is one of the worst ideas you have had, it ruins the gameplay for certain times, for example, those in the u.s. that play late or early and want to play in Asia servers and change it during the day because of matchmaking.
And player are stop playing game and uninstalling the game, so @PUBG MOBILE try to remove this feature its very ridiculous idea as you see from players perspective. The developer was in crazy mood who think this.

I got some really annoying glitches that aren’t specific to just my account.

In metro royale, when you get to the green smoke and leave, the ammo in your gun dissapears completely upon exit. (it should instead be moved to your inventory)

Also in metro royale, broken and repaired guns from looting around have random broken parts(unlike the set broken parts like shown in the market), and because of that, when I leave the match at the green smoke, the items move parts back to standard(like shown ones in the shop), and cause any attachment on top of the previously unbroken part to disappear completely upon becoming a broken part.

I noticed that when you open statistics of any player then there is no way to get back and you have to close the game and open again.

Also you can't switch through seasons the player played and see the kills etc.

And in the lobby ( I mean the one shown when search for player) it doesn't show the highest rank: last season I was solo diamond 2 highest rank and squads platinum 3, in this season I want to get krown in squads and I'm higher rank in squads now than in solos but it still shows my solo rank....

Instead of Server lock, make it Rating lock. Let the players able to play in all servers like before but restrict the points in one server only. The game is boring when playing in one server only especialy for players who like to play solo or entering Arcade games in different servers!

Ever since the server lock, the ping/ms is fluctuating like crazy and the lag is worse than it ever been! My ms used to be 120, now it fluctuate between 124-314 constantly, TDMs are impossible to play and classics and scrims are rough. This set server thing made the whole lag so much worse!

I accidentally clicked on Europe server in server dropdown option in room, without any confirmation my server changed to Europe for 60d. And i can't change it back to Asia.

Add confirmation box atleast on the server selection page inside room.

I landed in Power Plant in Livik map and as soon as I landed, I was stuck underground. I could just prone and crouch but can't stand i there. I was able to see enemies from inside the ground but they weren't able to. Because I wasn't able to go out of the ground, I have to exit the match and for it, I lost 30+ points. Plz fix that gltich in Livik map. I have a screenshot of the gltich.

In Metro Royale, when you get knocked, and you go to a water, it kills you, I'm not sure if this is supposed to happen, or what, since it's never happened to me before. Then, in the Radiation Zone, where the Librarian Boss is, I think it should drop like a level 4 - 6 Gear, since we usually raid the area with 3 - 4 people and sometimes one or two of them doesn't get anything, yet they spent ammo (the purple, high-explosive one) to kill the boss alongside us. And while we can share it with them, there may be toxic players that steal the loot and let us die. Also, when killing a player, the player who landed the last hit gets the dog tag, rather than this, it'd be better if the person who actually knocked the player out and got the kill count can be the one to get the dog tag. About the Level System in Metro Royale, it seems that I've encountered some sort of "Daily Limit" for the amount of "Fame" (in Metro Royale) that I can get. But I don't know the exact amount, and I believe some sort of notice should be give such as "You have reached the daily limit of Fame that you can earn." or just tell us at least how much Fame we can actually accumulate in a day. Then, for the matching, when we play with someone random, sometimes our gear can be unbalanced, he can have a full Lv. 6 Gear while we have Lv. 3, same goes for the enemies, each people in my team had Loadout Values of around 100k each, and for some reason we met with people that are geared up with Lv. 6 Gear and Purple Weapons, we managed to get their loot, but it overwhelmed us that they have way better gear than us. I'm guessing since it's matching by level, not Loadout Value? There are lots of bugs, but overall, I really do like the game mode.

After the new update, the servers are more unstable and higher ping. Before the update, in Asia server I had 80-120ms on average. After the update, it's sometimes 180-250ms.

I'm from Australia. They really need to add an Australian server..

I want to report a bug after new update.
If I have let say two 4x scope in my bagpack. And ( AR + Holo scope ) and ( Sniper + 4x ) on me. If I want to switch Holo scope of AR with an extra 4x scope in my bagpack. Instead I will switch 4x scope of sniper. So now I have Holo scope on Sniper and 4x on AR. It did not happen before. So if I want to have 4x scope on both weapon , i have to open bagpack and do it manually.
Also in Arena mode , I can not put holo scope on both of my weapon. So i had to use red dot on other weapon.

The matchtime for undercover matches in metro royale are way too long (or maybe bugged). I have 16 undercover cards and i cant use even 1 of them because i just cant find any matches. Ive been matching for 1h straight and couldnt find a single match. I enabled/disabled language matchmaking, but the result is the same. Anyone else having this problem?

Hey Pubg,

I know we had our up's and down's before, we had our fare share of regrets and fights. Me giving you guys a one star rating on the Google Play Store and you guys making more and more skins and not dealing with hackers and cheaters.

But luckily we came trough these rough periods, you finally worked toward a fairer gaming environment and I changed my Google Play rating back to 5 stars. All was well again.

But something changed recently. You've added server lock. A popular choice for some, but divisive for others. I understand why you implemented it, heck i even cheered the idea on. Regionalising means possibly less hackers, but regionalising also has its side effect.

Some of the player base still like to play on 2 servers, one as their main and the other as their hotdrop, fundrop, gunblazing extravaganza server. While we might play as sweaty as possible on one, we might do our RP mission on the other. You see, some of us player do care about our rank and stats, we rather not want to taint that by hotdropping bootcamp and die in 2 mins.

Now i know server lock will be here to stay, but there is one thing you, my dear pubg, forgot to implement together with server lock. Unranked Matches.

Having unranked matches again would solve the issue that some people have from playing on two servers, it would possible also make it easier to maintain and upkeep from hackers and cheaters. (more data from one region) It would make everyone happy again.

Imagine an idealistic gaming environment where we can play on the server of our choice, rank up and play on that server but NOT be worried of our rank because there's unranked matches available for us to do our bullshittery on.

I understand a lot of people are demanding removing server lock, but instead of demanding something that isn't gunna change, why not suggestion something that is more feasible and might have more impact.

Hope this will find the devs soon.

There is bug. If you change example from (Europe to Middle East) and than while creating custom room (Setting it to Europe), the players can return from Middle East to Europe instantly.

Vikendi has a lot of bugs after the update. The doors don't appear and we can't pass through doors, not even able to open or close them. Plus the spawn rate of spike trap is too much due to which smokes and grenades spawn too less which has been causing much problem in Vikendi matches. Please fix them ASAP.

Hello, I have not break any regulations or terms of the game. I have spend more than 5000$ on this game and this game means alot for me. And I always pay the full royal pass every season. And I have done almost all the tasks accept one for the clothing task where you can see I have spend many time regarding this game.
