Hello, my friend is having trouble with the game. It started yesterday with her not able to load any game type. We played TDM and on her screen, she was under the map swimming in the water. The next game, she couldn't see anyone and her gun had no ammo. She tried doing the in-game repair but still had the same issue. Finally, she decided to reinstall the game, but it was stuck loading. 1- New landing mode is not practical and can cause opposite results, might lead to instant death due to dropping away from desired land spot. Example: landing on containers.

2- New motion when jumping from plane is confusing, and may lead to delays and not reaching the speed you want, due to difficulties in controlling your character. Please revert it.

Earlier, the guns in Arena Training mode when equipped would have all attachments. Both primary and secondary weapon.
I don't see that happening now. The secondary weapon doesn't come with the attachments.
And if any other other weapon is picked up as primary, it also loses all it's attachments.

Would it be possible to improve the matching on servers for Western Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, England, etc.) and the server for Arab countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Turkey, Iran, Iraq, etc.).
I am French and have been playing for two years by connecting to the Europe server. I tested several language configurations by putting French in the main language, or English. But that doesn't change anything: every time I play online, I play almost exclusively with people from Arab countries. Do not think it is a "racist" request because I have no problem playing with people from Arab countries.
The problem, however, is that I can never play with people from my country, or from neighboring countries (with whom I could speak in French).
In two years of playing, I came across French people less than 10 times during my games.

Many French people complain about this problem, and the Arabs complain that the Europe server works better for them than that of the Middle East.

After the new update, There are only two problems that I found during the match. First, it is the lagginess. Every damn crucial time to decide a match, the fps drops in that very moment. You said that you have a small patch to fix that problem on OnePlus or Vivo. How about other devices, like Asus ROG Phone or HuaWei? Will there be any fix for this issue?
Secondly, the death cam. I already turned it on. It worked sometimes and sometimes the death cam didn’t show up. I don’t know if there is any requirement for the death cam button to appear in the screen after you were killed in the round. Could you clarify on this function more than in the patch note please? Sometimes I feel that there is something wrong with the accuracy of players in this game and I just want to check that player out if he/she is using a cheater or not. In Warehouse TDM, a red dot is automatically attached to the guns with no apparent scope attached in player's loadout.

This is very frustrating for using guns like akm. And you can't even access the bag to remove it when you respawn till the invincible time ends.

I have been facing a few problems since yesterday.

1. Lobby background is dark and it takes couple of minutes to become normal.
2. Lobby shows 'Server not responding. Login again'.
3. During the match it shows 'match has ended return to lobby' 'loading bar' as well as 'server not responding. Login again'. Third one being the most annoying as I have to restart the game n by the time I am in the game I am dead already.

Why is is that in "Payload" mode you can lose merit (rather easily I may add) but not gain it back? It's very annoying because I only like to play Payload, and when I need to RPG an enemy and a player that is down is anywhere close "I kill my teammate". 1. Death Replay is showing only till the player is knocked.
2. Mic and speaker glitch happens very frequently with the new update.
3. Auto pick up stops working quite often.
4. Increasing incidents of death while simply driving a buggy because the buggy decided to dive into the ground on its own. Player doesn't have any control over it.
5. Please remove the tumbling effect after landing. It's not helpful and infact causes more deaths. Specially at containers, players tumble down from the containers even after landing right on the guns.
6. Please add back the notification sound of invite and joining request when in lobby.

@summer creek That is the device problem, where gyroscope of device is not calibrated properly by the manufacturer. You can experience this problem in any VR content also, like in 360° YouTube videos, try it. And there is no way to fix it. 😬 My old device also has this were my aim would shift to left.

My friends were really happy about that and then suddenly at 2pm we emulators were matched with indo lobby with high ping!.

My friends were really happy about that and then suddenly at 2pm we emulators were matched with indo lobby with high ping!.
Please bring back indian servers on emulators for duos and squads!.
The opponent has always a high ping advantage!.

I play on ipad air 3 (2019 latest version), a very powerful device that should have 0 issues running any semi-demanding mobile games like pubg. Yet, i’m facing frame drops, not stutter-like drops, but game stops being smooth when frames go from 60 to ~ 55-50.
This shouldn’t be normal since we’re not talking about a low end device.

Please take in consideration the appropriate optimization of the game, maybe getting rid of unnecessary stuff that may cause rendering issues. It would be highly appreciated.

My game is having over heating issues I can play solos or duos all day long no lag no problem but when I get into a squad match, my game will shoot up to 128-160ms and my phone will quickly overheat. I run the game on an IPhone 7 Plus and my graphics are and always have been set to smooth - ultra - colorful. I never had any really problem until this update. Please fix the issue idk what I should but it’s becoming very annoying. And the desync in the game is messed up I can shoot one enemy with an m4 with almost a full clip and doesn’t die... Why did tencent even add desync there is no reason for it it just gives the people with the lowest ping the most advantage. My device is over heating quicker now than it ever has during season 10 in estimate I could play this game for hours upon hours if I decided to and would never have to worry about over heating or having to change my graphics so that my game runs better and doesn’t get choppy due to device overheating too quick. When I’m in lobby trying to open up my friends list, it tends to become laggy or slow responsive and is becoming annoying. The ping you see on the speed test just shows the response time to reach the speed test servers. The game servers are farther away and have much more connected users, so you cannot compare these ping values.
