You don't need to launch VPN whenever you wanna start PUBG. Just once you download it, make sure you create a desktop shortcut for PUBG (Not for the emulator). Then whenever you wanna play, launch the game from its shortcut & it shall work without VPN.

Check if your headphones are working perfectly, either in the hardware or software. If they're perfectly fine, then Repair the emulator from the Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall... find GameLoop > Repair. Then in-game > Login page > Repair > Routine Repair.

Also try with a different headphone.

@restive ingot If you turn vsync on when you are playing on 90 fps you'll feel like the mouse is responding slowly so it's better to keep it off if you have a screen of 80 hz and want to play on 90 fps

yes , u can play at 90 FPS on 80Hz monitor but turning on Vsync will cap it to 80 FPS due to your monitors refresh rate .

Problem:
The middle east server shows that it must be 20 ms
But whenever i enter a match it goes immediately to 100 and above , I've never been able to play in 20 -40 ms
Maybe once or twice, and by the way to be more clear .. when i enter a game it gives me the exact ping of Europe.. which is 100-120

So how to fix it?

ping depends on your network stability , game servers and your distance from game server terminal . thats nothing we can help about .
