I have a problem and I hope someone here could fix it for me. I will be so gratefull. The problem is that most of the edges in my PUBG MOBILE gameplay are jagged and blurry. every-time I move my mouse left and write, the jagged edges starts to act crazy. my PC specs are i7-7700K/RTX2060/16GB ram/144hz monitor (because I play on 90 FPS). I also use iPad resolution which is lower than my monitor native resolution. I have been facing this problem for 2 months. older versions of gameloop did not have this kind of graphic problems. I tried to turn on anti-aliasing in game and in emulator settings, but it did not work. I also tried to disable anti-aliasing completely from in game and emulator and used NVIDIA control panel to set up my own anti-aliasing settings, but it also did not work for me. I tested my native resolution (1920x1080) with HDR 60 and 90 fps, but it also did not work. I hope that someone from PUBG MOBILE support team can help me fix this problem that is causing me to lose interest in the game. Thank you for taking the time reading and considering my problem.

1 – First you need to uninstall using the gameloop uninstaller this is found normally on your startup menu

Start > Tencent > Tencent Software > Uninstall Gameloop
2 – Go to the location where gameloop was installed and delete any file there

3 – Go to follow directories and delete the tencent folder ( Note : you only have to delete emulator related files if your using wechat ) Also the <user> have to be replaced with your windows user

C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\Tencent
4 – This is a tricky part so becareful with this. open start and run regedit.msc as administrator and navigate to the folder mentioned below and delete the entire Tencent folder

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Tencent
5 – make sure you have deleted all the temp folders gameloop have created during its usage. normally found any drive which has more free space. But to be sure you can check all your drives and delete them.

This should completely erase your data related to gameloop and you should restart your pc and disable your anti-virus before installing with new installer ( make sure windows defender and its cloud protection is off before proceeding.

Also after installation please add gameloop installation directory to exclude from protection. This is to ensure that anti-cheat works perfectly and have no effect on the performance of the emulator.
if it doesnt help....only way left is to reset your windows

or if it is too complicated reset pc

Hi, there is a file people transferring on all youtube channels called ( config ) for unlocking 120 fps in the official gameloop emulator and ultra hd as well. You need es file explorer to put it in the right place inside tanecent files. Does using this give a ban ? I dont want ultra hd but my fps is rubbish and not constant and keeps my flactuating from 80 to 70 to 66. Its not stable. I have all other heavy games running on steam on ultra settings on 120 fps smoothly because i have powerfull pc. My friends used this file now for 1 month and no one got banned. Its not gfx tool.
