I would try DiretX+ since that uses CPU, if that doesn't do anything then I'd go with Smart mode. What are you temps while playing?

What server are you playing on? Your server location was probably automatically set to middle east. You're able to change your server location every 60 days under "Basic" then scroll down to the bottom. Though, Europe server isn't much better.

Since the Update the Keymapping is broken, you can just reinstall Gameloop, that fixes it probably (im 95% sure)
