Check for an emulator update, after that reset the keymaps from emulator and the control layout from the in-game settings. If you're facing that after doing close the emulator connect to a VPN and reopen the emulator and login to the game and wait for a few minutes. Then turn it off. That might fix the issue.
And I won't be able to check that without asking such questions. Many who comes here uses other emulators or have downloaded from unofficial sources which can also lead to such issues.
