@marble canyon at first ,i didnt notice any misbehaviour from gameloop's side , second , u should upgrade your GPU to a modern on cause it doesnt support dx11 and dx 11 is the min. requirement for gameloop and third ,try using the given settings

the max FPS you can get on your 60HZ display is 60 fps, if it is showing 100 fps on the game also you are getting only 60 fps. Your PC can sure send a 100 frames to your 60Hz monitor but it will just dsicard the 40 extra frames and you will never see them until and unless you have a 100+ Hz monitor.(google)

So enabling 100 fps will not help in game and also reduce performance

@thick laurel your cpu contains hyperthreading. Hyperthreading enabled cpu cant show actual cpu usage , u can turn that off from BIOS to see actual cpu usage while playing but that may harm your cpu and your cpu performance

#

Just like mine , my cpu usage while streaming gameloop is 15-20% while actual usage aftwr turning off hyper thrading is 40-65%

Go to Googleplay and check the "profile and privacy settings"
All should be ticked and allowed. See the image below
Now close Google play and open again
You will see pubg in home tab "continue playing" click on play
It will open pubg and take you to login screen. This time you choose the login with Google play and select the account signed in. It should work.
6.if not close the emulator and do the same from step 3 once again in will work.

u are using i7 3770 which is too old for gameloop and barely meets min. requirements , try using the given settings, it might give u better experience

it is mentioned in websites by tencent that the minmum specs are dual core from Intel core 2 duo or AMD II X2 at 2,4 GHz. plus why the game only laggs on this version. 7.1 runs great and other emulators are running at a constant fps

short guide to reinstall gameloop cleanly :-
uninstall gameloop from control panel->delete temp and program files from gameloop install location ->make sure your windows firewall and anti viruses are turned off->use http://gameloop.fun/ to reinstall gameloop and always download games from gamecenter

@twin jungle u are getting due to your low end CPU , u should upgrade it to a modern gaming one , your CPU thread usage is very high and your emulator is not getting CPU power out of it . For now , make sure your antivirus and windows defender turned off and set your windows power plan to high performance to give the emulator best possible from your CPU

When i already set it to use my dedicated gpu
