How To Fix ERROR CODE - 31

Please try the following steps:
change dns as 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8
-1. Right click: Internet(Wifi/Cable), press: “open the internet and reset”.
-2. Press “Change the network adapter”.
-3. Choose the internet you used and right click it. Press the attribute.
-4. Below the internet option, find TCp/IPV4, press attribute
-5. Under the general page, choose the DNS service address, input 8888 and 8844, press confirm, refresh the internet and open GameLoop again.

There's no official way to play the KR/JP version in gameloop and also those version doesn't need any Emulator players, if you do so means it's a violation of their ToS. @ocean palm

Ok so my friend faces this problem all the time now when he talks through pubg itself his voice isnt reaching me or like sounds a bit robotic and i cant hear what he says but when he calls through facebook or discord he sounds normal (all using same mic and he made sure its the correct one from gameloop settings)

so i have been playing pubg mobile on emulator for a few years, on offical emu, today after a week i tried logging into my account and when i started the emulator, it showed me the login page for pubg mobile and i put in my credentials and the next thing i know that i have to create and account, when with the same facebook id my original pubg account was already made, i have made alot of purchases in pubgm and its a good account with many stuff and now it is nowhere to be found, it was linked to my facebook account and when im trying to search up my id using char id it shows, but when i try logging into using facebook, it drops back to making a new account

Recently I have installed the emulator and I am facing some serious issues
Whenever I play I get good framerates above 50 but suddenly there are huge frame drops , These frame drops occur very often , I have tried all different engine settings , lowering resolution I tried everything But it does not work
Due to these frame drops this makes the game unplayable
My pc specs
i5 9th generation
8gb ram
Gtx 1050 ti 4gb

Recently I have installed the emulator and I am facing some serious issues
Whenever I play I get good framerates above 50 but suddenly there are huge frame drops , These frame drops occur very often , I have tried all different engine settings , lowering resolution I tried everything But it does not work
Due to these frame drops this makes the game unplayable
My pc specs
i5 9th generation
8gb ram
Gtx 1050 ti 4gb

This is a guide for those who wish to uninstall and do a fresh installation.

Pre-check ( finding the location of your existing installation )
to do this right click the desktop gameloop icon and choose open file location. Normally if you installed it on c drive it should be like below

C:\Program Files\txgameassistant
1 – First you need to uninstall using the gameloop uninstaller this is found normally on your startup menu

Start > Tencent > Tencent Software > Uninstall Gameloop
2 – Go to the location where gameloop was installed and delete any file there

3 – Go to to follow directories and delete the tencent folder ( Note : you only have to delete emulator related files if your using wechat ) Also the <user> have to be replaced with your windows user

C:\Users<user>\AppData\Local\Tencent
C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\Tencent
4 – This is a tricky part so becareful with this. open start and run regedit.msc as administrator and navigate to the folder mentioned below and delete the entire Tencent folder

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Tencent
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Tencent
5 – make sure you have deleted all the temp folders gameloop have created during its usage. normally found any drive which has more free space. But to be sure you can check all your drives and delete them.

X:\Temp
This should completely erase your data related to gameloop and you should restart your pc and disable your anti-virus before installing with new installer ( make sure windows defender and its cloud protection is off before proceeding.

Also after installation please add gameloop installation directory to exclude from protection. This is to ensure that anti-cheat works perfectly and have no effect on the performance of the emulator.
if it doesnt help....only way left is to reset your windows

If you are facing the keymapping issue, please follow the below steps.
Uninstall the Game from the Game Center
turn off windows firewall and Exit the Gameloop from Tray
Install the Game again from the Game Center
