The problem is not just with the emulator side. Each Windows Update also messes with the configuration. The Emulator cannot be updated so, frequently also for each update. The problem I see is that whenever there is a new update for the game and when we update the Gameloop client the lag starts to happen frequently. I think the problem lies with Cache side. I therefore have to delete the Emulator and have a clean install again. This definitely needs to be fixed. Cuz it's not just the 0.__ updates but, also 0.. that are causing problems.

@knotty spear You probably experienced FPS drop, or your CPU usage was high which caused the game to freeze, it's got nothing to do with RP.

@peak swift actually disable enforce global cache and prioritise dedicated gpu. Choose DirectX+ and delete shadercache folder. Older version runs fine too.

Hello guys,
Recently i've been facing a very long loading time whenever i try to open the game it literally takes like 10 min just to get me inside the game and to my friends i appear online during that time !
The game wasn't like this, it used to load in like 25-30 seconds.. anyone facing this problem ? any solutions !?
btw im using a gameloop. and my Pc config can run latest game on ultra and still sturggling to run this mobile game .

too much fps drops ( goes from 59 to 15-20 during fights ) , mic doesnt work every 5-10 games, sometimes you loose control of the mouse you can't aim while ADS, when jumping out of the car you have to click CTRL twice to regain control, game takes literally 10minutes to load let alone some chinese files taking too much cpu and gpu power...

Hello everyone, sorry to bother but i really need help with the lag i started getting after updating to the latest gameloop update 2 last week. i started getting really bad lag almost everywhere. me and my friend are facebook streamers and we are not able to play not even one good game because of the lag we getting
my pc specs are
cpu i7 7700 gpu gtx 1060 6gb ram 16gb and i have the game on an ssd.
my friend have higher specs and having the same issue.
i tried running the game on smartmode with processor on auto and memory on auto, plus 1080 with smooth. also tried direct x plus. tried almost everything even factory resetting my pc but nothing is working. i know 13 of my friends who are having the exact same issue. can you please help, thank you for your time.

first clear cache from emu,then go to installation drive>programmefiles>txgamig...>ui there delete the shader cache file
@merry garnet i actully deleted the shadercash file before posting on here, it improved the game play a little bit, but the game still laggy. the game dont feel smooth at all even while not being around other players. i even checked my internet and it was good, as my ms is 20. any other reccomendations? i even tried reinstalling the game and tried using razer cortex. still having the same laggy game play issue.

@steel flicker hey emulator team i wanted to say that in pubg mobile 0.18.0 candid sight will be available so there will be a button to toggle/hold it so plz give us update as soon as update 0.18.0 rolled out for the KEY TO USE CANDED SIGHT.. And try to put it on keyboard not mouse right click , and try it to set it nearby player hand (i.e WASD area)... sorry fr my bad english but it should be applied as fast as possible for us as we don't have to find some other fixes

= press windows key+r key and type msconfig press enter then select boot.
= then select win 8(or whichever windows you have to default os) (dont selete the fast boot os option)

@steel flicker the problem is in resources pack .. when i download resources pack so its chasing and freezing and in login time taking 5 to 6 minutes to login .. and when I delete resources pack its working normal no crash no freeze no taking long time in login i am facing this issue last 4 to 5 months ..

Hello, why after today update the helmets look like this? I have everything downloaded (the resources), i restarted the emulator (tencent official one) and is still looking like this. But is not only for helmets is showing the hats or other head accesories to like this!
