Why has my account been suspended?

PUBG PC Lite is a pc port meaning that it's not being emulated and that's why it depends mostly on your gpu

Okey so i do have a big problem, I play Pubg on emulator And the settings for Pubg is Frame rate Extreme and Graphics are Smooth But still get 20 fps in the match and sometimes when somebody comes with a car my game just freezes, Without any reason. And u guys gonna say my specs are low. My Friends Who dont even have Dedicated Video Card running there game With 50 fps Constant with intel hd graphics 3000. @stiff flame do you mean the game getting stuck at the loading screen? Try clearing cache. It worked for me once. I can't guarantee it tho. But what will work till the devs fix it is restarting your PC everytime you wanna play it. If you have to restart your game because of freezes, glitch or whatever, you can't anymore because the game won't load past the loading screen how long you wait.

And try to enter the game and it’s freeze on loading screen u can see the ss on top. And it takes minimum 10 min to enter the game. But i can't enter that match. @merry garnet look, sometimes, it gets stuck in loading page, I can hear my friends, but I can't enter the game,
so I close the game, and open it again to fix this problem,
and by crash I mean the screen freezes, I can talk to my friends and they can hear me and talk to me,
BUT the screen is frozen, so I have to close the game again and enter the match.
and this FREEZE thing, can happen any time, in any part of the match.

AND I dont think it has anything to do with graphic settings,
cause some of my friends are using emulator but on phonix os, and they are experiencing the same issue, with alot more lagging!!!

IT ALL HAPPENED AFTER THE RECENT UPDATE!!!

After Updating Gameloop The issue still not fixed, Game keep Freezing During match which is not good. I Lost rank Because of this. If yall Cant fix Gameloop Let us use Other Emulators, Cause They might dont have that same problem. Those Emulator Good 60 fps Constantly Without Any Freezing issue. I Must Say Fix this or Let us use another emulator..

Exit the game using the back button.
Clear Cache.
Go to Gameloop Settings and disable the Render Cache and Enforce Global Render Cache.
Save the Settings and Exit.
Open the Gameloop's Installation Folder > UI > Delete ShaderCache Folder.
Launch Gameloop > Launch PUBGM > Change the Settings which uses shadows (i.e: Balanced+) > Restart the Game by pressing the Back Button.
