This is a recording of TDM bugs. I can plau TDM smoothly on wifi but as soon as i use lan connection to play the game this bugs starts. @peak swift how does it matter if i use phoenix or tencent when log into the game it counts the same as emulator players. Using phoenix gives you better performance then tencent 45-60 fps all time. I get 20-30 fps while playing with tencent. I play with phoenix os just because i cant play the game smoothly. It lags som much. Otherwise tencent is better than phoenix

@fossil pine As I said anything except Gameloop is not supported by Tencent/PUBG. So if you get banned while playing the game on phoenix OS then you can't complain us that you were banned.
Again it's your choice, whether to keep your account safe and play on gameloop or use Phoenix OS and risk your account

Hello everyone, I was able to fix this crash error that alot of AMD users have been having when using DirectX+.
What you have to do is download Radeon Adrenaline 20.1.1 (Can't post links)
once you open the Installer, press on additional options and click on factory reset(Please note that this will reset your AMD software preferences) and hit install, your PC is going to restart multiple times, that's fine.
Once the installation is done, open GameLoop settings and switch the Engine to Directx+, restart GameLoop and open the game, now the game should run without any problem. @here

@wary wasp First thing check incase it's a connection problem by pressing the windows key + R then type cmd.
A console will pop up so you need to type or just copy&paste "ping -t google.com" wait around 1 minute and see if you get ''connection timed out".
If this is the case of your issue then try the following :
From the Windows Start Menu, search for cmd.
Right click on Command Prompt and click Run as administrator.
In the console, type the following command: ipconfig /flushdns

The issue that you're getting on your screen could be caused by multiple things such as any recent driver installation which went wrong and any recent changes in hardware of the system, forcefully shutdown your system..

A console will pop up so you need to type or just copy&paste "ping -t google.com" wait around 1 minute and see if you get ''connection timed out".

Check if your drivers up-to-date by typing device manager into your start menu and check for any yellow alert symbols if you find one then right click on it and select update driver.
And since you have mentioned that the games get deleted automatically I'd recommend turning off your antivirus incase for some reason it detects the game files as malware.

@peak swift There is no guaranteed fix since there are multiple different things that can cause a blue screen (BSoDs can be caused by poorly written device drivers or malfunctioning hardware, such as faulty memory, power supply issues, overheating of components, or hardware running beyond its specification limits, incompatible DLLs or bugs in the operating system kernel could also cause BSoDs), but definitely one of the best ways to go about it is using System Restore. Knowing exactly when you started getting the blue screen is a crucial way to fix it unless if it was a a faulty memory, power supply, etc.

Open GameLoop then click play on PUBG Mobile.
When the game is running click on the three bars on the left corner of the screen and chose Show FPS (as shown in the screenshot).
Join a match and see/record your FPS.
Try running the game with different login methods if you get similar FPS numbers with both different login methods then there is no issue.

These temperatures are fine. You should start considering a new cooler if they approach 75-80 or higher. If they get above 95, definitely stop immediately, turn the pc off, and go get a better cooler.
Additionally, please use the program hwinfo64 for monitoring your cpu temperature, voltages, clocks, etc. It's better than ryzen master when it comes to monitoring.

Your temperatures should only approach 80 and above when you are stress testing your cpu with something like cinebench r20, 1 hour blender render, or prime95. Under normal circumstances, your temperatures should be below 75.

Well, your cpu is designed to be able to work at temperatures up to 95. But, the higher the temperature, the faster your cpu will degrade. There is no set maximum temperature, other than that 95 figure. It's just that you can use temps in the high 70s as an indicator that something is possibly not right. If you suddenly start seeing those temperatures outside of stress testing.

The error code means an invalid image format. Specifically, you are attempting to start an application which is designed to run on 64-bit operating system. But your computer is running 32-bit Windows.
There multiple things that might help you fix this issue including :
**1-Reinstall Microsoft .NET framework (If you don't have it already then download and install it).
2-Update your Windows.
3-Run GameLoop as administrator.
4-Install DirectX.
5-Install Microsoft visual c++.
6-Reinstall xinput 1_3.dll.

@molten spruce Make sure microsoft firewall and windows defender isn't blocking your connection to the gameloop servers
We've also had reports of players from Egypt and nearby regions not being able to connect without a vpn
cause the ISP's blocked it. (Use of VPN isn't bannable but not recommended though)
@twin otter Press Windows R, then type appwiz.cpl
and then check if you can find an option to repair it there.
(I don't remember gameloop having a repair option, and not sure if they added that yet, since I couldn't play for the last couple of months)

Never mind, It worked after reinstall The emulator it worked, If anyone having this problem i just want to say DOnt belive any youtuber, They just throwing random shits for views, Consider Deleating gameloop and instrallling again it will work fine.

Or you may try repair option available, you can get that if you try to uninstall gameloop from control panel
