Start the game then exit and press F9, go to settings and then there is option to add google account. Give it a shot.

Do understand that whether he's worthy of being banned or not is not our call. We are not part of Tencent. That said, I don't see anything overly suspicious. His average kills/match are 11. His kdr is 18. He has died 92 times. His accuracy is a little low, but he might be using ars and smgs to spray his opponents at close range. Particularly if he's spraying around the head, a lot more shots will miss the smaller target. In any case, all you can do is report and wait.

Emulator doesn't support actions on side buttons mouse, if your mouse has an engine to re-configure your mouse so you can change the side button actions into keyboard buttons . if your mouse doesn't have engine so you need to download X-Mouse Button Control program that allows you to re-configure your side button mouse well.
Remember, that requires for you to install a third party application called X mouse control
Using 3rd party apps is against the TOS, and will be punished accordingly.

@formal badger considering that you have a m110 graphics card, is it safe to assume that you're on a laptop? Because, unfortunately, pubgm doesn't run that great on laptops, when played via GameLoop. As I've reiterated many times in the past, the problem is the form factor. A laptop just doesn't have the space to fit in a proper cooling solution and laptops have to be able to run on battery power for at least a few hours. This means that laptop processors are clocked much slower than their desktop counterparts. And emulating games requires more power from the cpu than running them directly. This is because the cpu has to first translate the game's instructions into something it can run, in real time. No matter what, your performance on a laptop will be worse than on a desktop, sorry.
You could plug the laptop into the wall and strap a huge fan to the underside, to try to get the cpu's clockspeed up but, frankly, just getting a desktop is easier.

Remember what I said about translating the instructions in real time. Your pc has a x86 based cpu. Your smartphone/tablet has an arm based cpu. The two instruction sets are not interchangeable. In order for a x86 processor to run code designed for arm processors(or vice versa), it has to translate the instructions in real time. Apex legends, pubg steam, and pubg lite are made for x86 processors. Pubg mobile is made for arm processors.

The fact that you have been able to get passable performance until now is in itself a minor miracle. The issue is your cpu. For a while now, the minimum requirements for playing PUBG Mobile via the GameLoop emulator have been:
- Operating System: Windows 7 (64-bit)
- Processor: Intel®️ Core™️ i3-8100
- Memory: 4 GB RAM (6 GB virtual RAM)
- Graphics: Direct X 11.0+ supported (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 recommended)
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Storage: 2 GB available storage
The A8 5600k just isn't anywhere near the performance of the i3 8100. And for this task, the cpu is far more important than the gpu. Also, it doesn't matter if your pc can handle other games like PUBG Lite and Apex Legends. Those games are not emulated, so they are easier for the cpu to run. Short of telling you to upgrade, all you can do is lower the quality settings of your emulator and game. We're talking 720p, smooth/extreme. Even then, I can't promise that you will have a playable experience.

@light ingot What's the risk of using an app which doesn't change game files? There are apps which create fake GPU profile which helps in getting better frame rate. game is more playable that way.

Emulator is more about the cpu than the gpu. If it isn't already, I suggest overclocking the cpu. At stock speeds, it is barely on par with the minimum requirement of i3-8100.
Of course, overclocking it requires a z series motherboard and a sufficiently beefy cooler.

@dusk pumice i dont think its a cpu issue...I mainly play in Asia server and the lag is too much at times to bear. But when I play in Europe/North America server, despite 5x-8x the ms, the game is super smooth...acc to me, the Asia servers are at their capacity and hence having trouble addressing all d in game players parallelly. its behaving just d way a smart phone behaves when the internal memory is low....

@fleet adder there's a bit of confusion here, largely because of people misreporting. In his case, I'm fairly sure that he's talking about poor frame rate, as he's talking about his specs but doesn't bring up network or different servers. You on the other hand, are talking about network lag, caused by network and server issues.

by lag i meant frame drop only from 60 to 24...it mainly happens when there are two enemy squads in the near vicinity

i will chk and ping back....i didnt note the exact fps for europe during hot drops...will check today...will go fr shanhok bootcamp and erangel gorgo in europe as well as asia and will provide you d mean fps drop...

@fleet adder yeah, my benchmark is far too ridiculous for your situation. Ain't no way your cpu is going to handle 2000 player characters on screen at the same time. Also, your cpu is a little bit under the minimum requirements for gameloop. But certainly far better than most other people's.
No, that's not a typo. There are games out there that have pvp options up to 1000vs1000 and beyond.
