Soo with this new "experiment" it might be a good idea to do the following;

A suggestion would be to make a seperate role with "Mini-Mods" of "Mods in Training" and just accept people who are active and follow/know the rules, and are just able to mute/kick servermembers, and those could maybe later grow too Full Moderator as yourself. And those "Mini-Mods" would be good if they are from different regions so one of them is atleast online every minute of the day.

Thats what i used to do back in the day when i had my own discord servers, works out really good.

How about changing the server's penalty ruels? By introducing the 5 strike system, if the user makes a mistake on this server, a total of 5 chances are given. For 1 to 2 strikes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours mute is applied respectively, and 3 to 4strike, depends on how much the user's fault is. If you give a mute of at least 3 days to a maximum of 7 days, and get 5 strikes, you will be ban user of this server

What I felt when I came to this server is that most users are punished for the same wrong behavior, and even after the punishment period, they are punished again for the same wrong behavior as before. It's a personal opinion, but if the server raises the level of punishment, I think this can be prevented a little

We used to have something similar to this in the form of contributors. We have since merged this and the administrator role into one moderator role. This change was implemented to improve the efficiency of the Discord server's moderation. If our community team believes that a member has proven to be a benefit to the community and that they are qualified for the position, they may become a moderator. It’s fine if you want to keep it. However, we would not allow you to use invisible pfp and nickname at the same time. Even with the time stamp, you could see how your nickname annoys some server members based on your conversation in #pubg-mobile. Other than confusion, it would lead to being "un-taggable" as you’ve said before. You can keep your name as it is, but it is not recommended to do so.
